Burger King obviously leaves their biscuits and buns open to air. They are always dry and crumbly. I got breakfast. The biscuit crumbled as soon as I touched it. I got lunch, the bread was so dry, it crumbled with the 1st bite. This happens often. I never complained. I'm complaining now because I'm sick of spending money for poor food quality.

Best Burger King around, food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly.
In the past, if I can't say something positive I stay silent. But the Burger King in Oakland has improved. I don't know about you, but this is one burger I've eaten my entire life. Not as often as I used to, but once a month I go and pick up whoppers for me, my dog, and roommate. We love it. And I'm so happy the place has improved all around. Great job!

Customer service was good but dang I'm tired of trying to give this location a chance. I spent almost $20 and everything I ordered was old, cold. Bread and meat old. cheese not melted meat cold and old. I'm just tried of receiving bad food.

On the date of Sunday 02/23, the whooper bun was stale and cracked. Wondering why was the bun cracking and falling apart before I could put the burger in my mouth. I called to reach manager but no one answered.

They cannot get an order correct. They help at night seems They do not want to be there. Miss Lane was no help when I called back. Never again. Lost cause it seems like to have fastfood place that cares and gets order correct!
