I visited this location and only did I return because the previous visit my food order was incorrect and cold. I came to the counter and I told the young lady that I was here for a computer meal. She and the cook gave me the 3rd. Degree because I didn't have the receipt. I spoke with Amber and she said for me to just stop by. I did find the receipt before I left. Unfortunately when I got home the order was still incorrect. I specifically asked for fish and I received Chicken. So done with them.

We stopped at the Captain D's in Oakland this afternoon, after a long day in Memphis .
We went through the drive-through and had the pleasure of Miss LaToya taking our order and going over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and then more.
It's so nice to meet such a cheerful, sweet lady while ordering your dinner.
I hope Captain D's appreciates her as much as we did.

My husband went through the drive threw and the food was awful. The fish was cold and the fries was so hard. You couldn’t even eat them terrible.

I went in and a certain manager (she had dreads) was making me extremely uncomfortable with the way she was speaking to me and I can only imagine what she’s doing to her employees on shift I suggest she be moved from this store or it will be taken to corporate.

Aug 14,24 just stop by take out at captain ds Oakland,tn. They hv the worse service ever. The workers were just laughing and talking took forever to get my order. I stop by on my supper break had an hr off wk rg besides cap ds and live not even 5 mins from there. They took this whole hr messing around trying to wait for my order nv had x to eat cause of the workers nonsense. This place has the worse service ever!

Second time I've tried to eat here and sat at the drive through speaker so long it made me pull off. No other cars in line. Fire the whole crew and start over.

Went there last night to pick up some dinner. Only 3 people in line at the drive through and 2 cars total at the parking lot. Sat there for a quite a while until the car at the order window drove off. Proceeded to wait too long and the car in front of me drove off as well. I got to the window and the person on the intercom said "Hold on a Minute" and after several minutes, never responded again. I tried to give benefit of the doubt that maybe the intercom was malfunctioned, so I drove to the window to place my order and no one was there, at all. I, like the people in front of me just gave up and left. If they are that understaffed, they should just close. Previously, I had gone there and an employee was eating at the window with her gloved hands which is, I'm sure a major violation and it turned me off of eating there for a long time. They are doing a lousy job of who they hire to be professional. They all need better training or more productive and professional employees.
