The young lady who took my order was extremely rude, rolled her eyes when I asked for a family meal. The kitchen staff did amazing with the food. We enjoyed our food, service was terrible.

Thank you for the slice of the most wonderful chocolate cheesecake I have ever eaten. The fish was fresh and delicious as well. The service with a smile was nice to see these days. Highly recommend you try this location.

Placed order on line as instructed. Food to be ready at 5:41 (est), wasn't ready until 6:12, delivered to car at 6:13. Personnel could have cared-less about customer (s) as 3 other vehicles also waited at least 30 minutes for order. Used to be a great place, good service and foods It has not gone down-hill like ALL the other so-called fast foods, mainly because of POOR SERVICE. Will NOT RETURN, good food but lack of service equals - go somewhere else! (Have eaten there several times, but no more)

I visited this location and only did I return because the previous visit my food order was incorrect and cold. I came to the counter and I told the young lady that I was here for a computer meal. She and the cook gave me the 3rd. Degree because I didn't have the receipt. I spoke with Amber and she said for me to just stop by. I did find the receipt before I left. Unfortunately when I got home the order was still incorrect. I specifically asked for fish and I received Chicken. So done with them.

We stopped at the Captain D's in Oakland this afternoon, after a long day in Memphis . We went through the drive-through and had the pleasure of Miss LaToya taking our order and going over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and then more. It's so nice to meet such a cheerful, sweet lady while ordering your dinner. I hope Captain D's appreciates her as much as we did.

My husband went through the drive threw and the food was awful. The fish was cold and the fries was so hard. You couldn’t even eat them terrible.

I went in and a certain manager (she had dreads) was making me extremely uncomfortable with the way she was speaking to me and I can only imagine what she’s doing to her employees on shift I suggest she be moved from this store or it will be taken to corporate.
