Pulled up to order all the worker's outside smoking, no one inside to take my order..and they all seen me at the drive through...a bunch of kid who don't care about your establishment...if another chicken place even move to Oakland it won't be long before you're closed down...pitiful

This location should probably just close for good. It's one of the worst managed fast food restaurants I've ever been to. We try to go back a couple of times a year hoping for improvement, but it's terrible for several years. My wife placed an online order to pick up at 3pm. She went to pick it up at 315 and they told her it would be ready in 45 minutes. I went back to pick it at 4pm and it still wasn't ready.

Stop at this location for dinner and I must say that will not be going back anytime soon. The service at this location needs lot of work. Went to use the men's restroom and it was very nasty and the smell was so bad that I almost lost my breath. This place needs lots of attention or else it could be closing soon for reasons due to public safety ? ,,,I think upper management needs to get involved so that this location want become a health problem for the customer's and the employees and later become a potential problem for the community... PS.. I would love to revisit this location in the future and see that things have changed and give it a better rating.....

Had the two little chicken sandwiches and one side. OMG sandwiches swimming in Mayo. I couldn't taste the chicken and mayo was stopping everywhere! Will not have again.

Seen the advertisement for a new KFC bowl so stopped by to order since in town. Only drive through open, can't sit inside. After paying for my order, took off home looking forward to enjoy the dinner. What a surprise!! Just mashed potatoes with little cheese and little gravy, topped with chicken nuggets. Well, I was kind of missing the bacon bits and fries. Not a happy customer. That was not what was ordered. Won't be visiting that place again.

Might as well close down the quality of food is trash, the staff are so awkward and lazy and rude. Mostly because it’s staffed by kids. the staff will literally turn their backs on you and pretend you’re invisible. Place is dirty. Chicken is soggy. I wish I could give no stars too many kids working there, never have any food the restaurant is not clean,the, tea containers have no lids anything can fly or fall inside I do not recommend kfc/taco bell in Oakland,

KFC. Awful customer service, people are rude and take forever to get your food. They're supposed to close at 9pm. By 8-8:30PM they're "closed" I guess they already cleaned everything & took out the trash out. They're supposed to close at 9 THEN clean, but I think they don't want to stay past 9. Terrible management, this store needs a new manager and new crew who like their job. Why work a job where you HAVE TO interact with people all day long if you hate to do so? If I could I'd leave a -5⭐.

I order my food without sour cream and tomato. They had to remake my meal and it still had tomato on it.
The chicken was dry and the flavor and texture were horrible. Might as well throw rocks in the box.

I wasn’t able to even order we were told very rudely by the worker that the lobby was closed and if we wanted to order we would have to go drive thru this was after we stood in line behind over people who were able to order.

I have to co sign on the reviews others have made-run don't walk from this location. I just had a taste for a piece of fried chicken. I should have went to the gas station up the street. Old grease, hard biscuits, waiting to long in line. I'm surprised people still go here unless they are going for taco bell, although the day I went they said they weren't serving taco bell.

I was visiting family when my niece and I visited this restaurant. It was absolutely horrible! The mashed potatoes were disgusting, I have no idea what they put in them but they were not kfc mashed potatoes! The chicken had been fried in old grease and overcooked. The biscuits were so hard they could have broken my windshield! Needless to say it all went into the garbage and we had to go somewhere else! No I didn't go back because I was traveling and didn't have time. But my family lives close to there so I will not be back to kfc in Oakland!
