We have been loyal customers for 11 years, usually once a week. We have our favorite waitress and when she’s not there, we have a favorite waiter. She has been on a leave of absence and he wasn’t there tonight. They know us, they know what we drink and eat. They are the reason we continue to go to that location. Tonight we had another waiter, who was very nice. There was a small problem with our order and he got the manager on duty to come over to help us. The manager on duty was rude and uncaring, He recognized us as being very regular customers but was not accommodating at all. He did not even try to satisfy our concern. My husband was so surprised by this, he told him that we wouldn’t be back. The MOD said “ok” and just stood there staring at us. My husband finally asked him to go away. The last 2 or 3 visits we have noticed a huge decline in business. I hope the owner recognizes this lack of professional management and the loss of their best waitress has really has taken a toll on their business.

The taco Tuesday service I received was the worst in years. My taco shell was burnt , and the chips were greasy. I didn't understand the taco special, so my bill was higher than expected. When I questioned the total, the cashier, whom I believe was the owner, was very rude.

We ordered carryout of fajitas for two, cheese dip, and two large orders of chips and salsa. After a generous tip the order was about $90. When my husband arrived home, we were missing one of the salsas. Since we were charged $9 for it I called up there and talked to the man in charge who filled our order. He said he had “too much orders” that night and we could come back and he would give us the chips and salsa we paid for. I told him we couldn’t come for several days and told him my name in case he needed to record it. My husband took the receipt today and because it had been several days, all he would give was the salsa. Pretty bogus for their mistake. We wont go back.

Terrible customer service. Ordered delivery- meal was wrong. Asked for a refund on just the meal (not delivery fee) and manager would not do it. Then tries to say we are threatening him because we mentioned leaving a bad review. Won’t come back. We also ordered from their website, not DoorDash or anything.

Childdd, the food I’ve had here is not good. I’ve had them twice already, and the food has been beyond basic and pitiful. I thought maybe the food would be a bit better than the first, but no, the tacos I had this time around shells were very tough and rugged; NOTHING about those taco shells was soft, and the food was not hot; it was lukewarm. I can’t believe they served me some old, stale tacos. I’m upset, and I want my money back. If I had sat down in the restaurant, I would have surely complained. Everyone who ate here with me says the same thing. Also, the salsa they serve is pretty much similar to the Pace and Tostito's can brand salsa. Which is practically blasphemous for this to supposedly be an authentic Mexican restaurant.
Whoever says their food is good does not know good quality food at all! This will be the last and final time I spend a dime with them. Smh
