There’s absolutely no excuse for the employees to be talking to the elderly customer’s like I’ve witnessed them doing. Management and staff need to be fired! I’ll be making a complaint to corp.

Worst service I've had at any McDonalds. The older manager is probably the rudest person I've ever seen anyone have to deal with.

My child hurt and cut his knee tripping on their curb as we walked in and when I asked for a bandaid from two differnt employees (because my first request was ignored) the manager told the second employee I asked ā€œwe don’t have anyā€. That’s regulation violation and a lie. As long as it took them to get me false answer anyone one of them could have gone to the first aid to get my child a bandaid for his knee.

I don’t like the older white lady that works the drive thru second window on morning shift, I’m disappointed every time I see her. I heard her complaining about me asking for a sauce and she doesn’t like to fill up your drink all the way if you don’t order ice. She says that where the machine stops when I asked about it. Everywhere else they fill the cup completely including at other McDonalds locations.

This used to be a great location. Very slow now to the point that you can’t get your order because they quit serving breakfast before you can get through the standstill lines. Easy fix for this issue is to have the app quit accepting orders at a set time prior to stopping breakfast. This will enable people time to stand in line or sit in the drive thru long enough for them to get the order before your cutoff. Now to wait for a refund. Sad, used to really like this location but it has been bad the last few times we went. This time we didn’t even get our food because they were so slow.

Consistently McDonald's wins food and service award but the sandwiches continue to get smaller! Careful or Whataburger will continue to grow! I'm 61 and remember the originals lol.

Order a happy meal the workers walking around looking unhappy like they got the wrong job waited a long time so I went else where no one greeted us they ignored us and kept taking taking drive through orders even the drive through orders was taking too long.
