Ride didn’t know what kinda of bread we was talking was not listen trying to talk over is and rude and the sandwiches look awful
The dinner of dismay. If I could give a zero star I would. Me and my family ordered two separate meals. Four sandwiches in total, two separate orders we placed online. Three out of the four had the wrong bread, toppings were mixed into each others sandwiches we didn’t know who was eating whos sandwich. It sounds funny but really it was such a disappointment lol. The sandwiches were a mess and obviously not what we ordered. If it was just one mistake, like the wrong bread or just onions that would be one thing, but it was one thing after another we kept realizing was wrong with our meals. I was supposed to have provolone cheese and they gave me pepper Jack cheese. My husband ordered herb and cheese bread and got wheat. My mom ordered white bread and got the Italian herb and cheese. My mom’s friend ordered mustard on his sandwhich and got ranch. We ended up picking our entire sandwiches apart and switching toppings. Might as well just work at subway ourselves. If I wanted a disappointing sandwich I would’ve just made one at home. Anyways, it was bad. Save yourself the trouble and just make a sandwich at home👍🏻
My experience was awful first. There was no customer service. Barely talked to me and my wife. Then I asked there a home run sandwich. And they skimmed out on the meat and the cheese. So not Only bad service but also.
Overcharged, me they should have been just charged for a black forest sandwich then a homerun was not Is impressed at all

You’d think living in a nicer area, stores and restaurants would have decent staff at the least… well, I definitely thought wrong. But yeah, I went into the store, all the workers were sitting down in the lobby, then proceeded to say the white bread was hard and they only had 2 options. Hmm, maybe if they worked and kept the bread how it should’ve been, it wouldn’t have gotten hard. Then the meatball sandwich was basically dry with no sauce, and the cookies, you’d guess, were also hard.

I went in subway today and i had a ridiculous experience. I walked in and not one of the three employees spoke they just stared at me like i was crazy. Then when one of the employees finally asked if she could help me she had an attitude. These ignorant employees will lose this location soooo much business. There was a time when I came to this subway you could barely get in the parking lot. Now it's so empty you don't know if it's open or not. And I know its due to the ignorant staff. It looks like I'll be driving to the city if I want subway. Because this location has lost my business.

I went in on my lunch break today and got a tuna salad needless to say there was no lettuce, no cucumbers, no onions, no banana peppers, and I paid for the extra. Then I went to the store and confronted the owner and he said he didn't believe it. I will not be back to this store ever again

Props - Food is mostly fresh. Other than this, it's a Total fail. The people working here have ZERO people skills and this has gone on for years. When you walk in, you may receive a blank stare at best, no greeting. When you are waited on, still the blank stare and your food is prepped as if it's a bother to them. This falls totally on POOR Ownership and Management. NO pride in this store whatsoever. I miss Lenny's being out here. Always great food and employees who appreciated their jobs and customers.

I went and order two subs and gave them a coupon and the lady condescending says we don’t take coupons here. It would’ve been nice if there was some kind of disclaimer posted somewhere that they don’t take coupons before you get to the counter since they send out coupons every month and you see it on TV

I will never go back. There is a gentleman who works there who is always there during the day. I've gone in and seen him sniffling on several occasions. Today I saw him handling meat off the slicer with no glove, and then he sniffled, and wired his nose with his finger and back of his hand. It was totally disgusting. The manager didn't even seem too concerned, and the girl making my sandwich gave me a dirty look, when I complained. There are too many subways to go back and risk his nose snot
Food tends to be dry and disappointing. Does not except coupons. New cookie log might be best thing.

Stop in to pick up a quick ? after my grandsons football practice. He was in and out within a few minutes. Very much appreciated their quick service as it was a school night. Food was good, right temperature. We will be stooping in again.
Parking: Easy to get to. Large area available for Easy access to multiple shops. One of the 1st shopping centers in Oakland. Has a diverse businesses here.
Kid-friendliness: I've not seen a lot of children eating in but my 11 year old grandson and his friends like to go there and that tells me a lot when they're comfortable with the restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: They are located in a strip center. There is parking at the door and you could get a wheelchair in without much trouble.

My days at this place are OVER!The female employees are great. However, the man that was making a sandwich Feb 9th actually popped a fallen piece of food into his mouth and chewed it.I thought it was funny at the time and just teased him. He just smiled and shook his shoulders. But thinking about it later, it was TOTALLY unacceptable!!!A BIG no no!!!
