Took over 30 min just to get chicken sandwich and fries had to go in and get food chicken sandwich was very dry and fries were cold

Short on staff. They asked me to pull around to the parking lot. There was about six other cars waiting on food. After 15 minutes I went inside to get my food. No one was happy. Including the staff.

Every single time I come here and order at the drive thru, Im asked to pull around to the side and after about 10 minutes I have to go inside and ask for my order. Next time I'm going to wait right at the window. This is ridiculous!!

Made me say one star so I can comment. Every single time I have been through the Taco Bell section is not open. They did not answer the speaker with 45 min prior to closing. When I asked if the speaker was working the one who answered the window (when I honked and startled him) he reached over and placed the headset on that was sitting on the counter. This place has the absolute worst customer service and it has been this way for 2 years that I have seen personally. This location needs a serious overhaul and change from the top to the bottom.
So tried it again and was told that Taco Bell is not open today until the Taco Bell person gets there. It was 4:45pm I asked when are they getting there? They said suppose to be there 4pm. So again no Taco Bell and this is on a separate day from the first complaint.
It took 20 minutes to get 1 large mash potatoes and gravy. Employees were all on break and didn't care if anyone was helped.

Horrible experience. My girlfriend’s food wasn’t right. Waited forever for fresh chicken as we were told it would take time which is understandable however the food was not fresh!!!

They can’t get people through the drive-through quickly so they now have you order, pay, and then they move you to the parking lot to wait. And then they forget about you and when they finally remember you are waiting they have most likely brought you an incorrect order. Bad service all around. But hey, it’s Taco Bell. What do we expect, right?

Service was a little slow when we went into order and the staff were cutting up a lot and laughing. Finally, one of them came over to take our order. The food was warm and tasteful no complaints there while we were eating. One of the staff members was chasing another one around the kitchen and finally outside, evidently quite mad at him. He was cursing at him and Throwing something at him look like a Wash wag or something . Did not make us want to come back I would do takeout there, but not Eat in again

I thought this place was doing better under the new management. I came last week and they were good, but the person taking the order right now is so so rude. Rude enough to prompt this review before even getting my food. Politeness isn't that hard. Hire better people.

Toco bell side the food is not really that good and the beans are so thick it's like eating a brick or and they definitely don't weigh there stuff cause sometimes it's more tortilla then filling and the service doesn't exist
