The place is run down and filthy - dining area and restroom. The women's restroom regular stall toilet rocks because it is not bolted. The door latch is non-existent. The toilet paper was not in the dispenser and no hand soap in the 2 dispensers. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned since Pre-Covid. Management and pride in the job is definitely non-existent and it shows. ??

I love the chicken, ordered a 2pc dark meal that comes with 1 side. I chose slaw which I normally love but, this time there was more dressing liquid than slaw in the little container. I got 1 tsp of slaw and rest liquid dressing. So not worth the cost and disappointed in my lunch.

First time here we waited 45 mins for food. Today I thought I would give it another try since it was earlier in the day and was super disappointed. The chicken Chalupa was burnt and so crispy. The chicken quesadilla tasted funny, not sure how to explain it. Baja blast didn't taste like a Baja blast and was lacking the Baja blast color. Won't be back.

The worst taco bell. I’ve lived out here for years. I drive all the way to Arlingtons taco bell simply because of how terrible this one is. Once in a blue moon I’ll try oakland to see if it’s improved but never has. The staff is always incredibly rude, gets the order wrong, or NEVER serving taco bell.

Y'all removed my review. Fine, I will just keep posting because people need to be aware. My son and I stopped here to eat. The bathroom stall didn't have a lock on the door. Every single table was dirty. The workers were NOT working but singing and playing loud music with profanity.

This place really needs to do better. The lobby is always closed at different times throughout the day. I've tried to get food there 3 times this week and the lobby was closed during the daytime. Finally see that they're open this evening so I go through the drive -thru, and they're not selling anything from the taco bell menu. So when I asked for wings off the KFC side of the menu they were out of those. I don't know what going on with this place,but they really need to get it together ??.
We had hard tacos with almost nothing in them. And the shells were busted up on several. We ordered 5 chulpa boxes. An update-The general manager called and was willing to make everything right. This was very much appreciated.
