We ordered here for the 1st time. When I say the food was amazing. We tried the fish,burger,and wings. Everything was hot and fresh. I highly recommend.

Lemon pepper wings were awesome and great customer service!

Can’t say enough good things about them. We ordered the lemon pepper wings and boneless strips dipped in honey gold. The chicken was great, the tenders were juicy and fresh as were the wings. The seasoned fries were really good and also hot and fresh. Very generous portion sizes, you will leave full and happy. We dined in and it didn’t take too long for our food to come out. Give them a try!

Customer service sucks! I ordered a 3 piece wing combo fried hard season wet. To my surprise, when I got home, the wings were dry, not wet. I called Chicken Coop and advised my order was incorrect and why. The young lady said the wings were wet, they may not be as wet as you would like but the order is correct. Again, I explained they are dry. She rudely asked, so what you wanna come back up here? Absolutely NOT! No apology or anything! We will spend our money elsewhere before returning to this establishment ! It’s hard to find good customer service these days. I wouldn’t have called if the order was correct.

This is my first time trying out this restaurant. The service was absolutely on POINT!! The lady greeted me with a warm smile as soon as I came in to pick up my order. My order was Hot & ready when they said it would be, the food was absolutely delicious. We ordered online and chose to try 4 different menu items just see which we’d like better. We ordered (fried catfish meal, 5pc Honey Gold wing meal, Chicken philly, Turkey Burger, cheese sticks, & chicken gizzards) of course we didn’t eat everything yet. We’ll definitely be repeat customers!!!! I give them 10 out of 10 score!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Don't order dine in. They'll set it as take out. They don't have straws or cutlery available. We won't be back.

Wings were excellent but $30 for a 10 piece and small fries is a lot.

As a loyal customer, I decided to switch things up this time, and once again, they did not disappoint! The food and hospitality are always top-tier. I went for the Chicken Tenders meal, tossed in Honey Gold with a Lemon Pepper sprinkle, and paired it with Lemon Pepper Fries. Let me tell you… BOMB! 🥵Highly recommend ✨

I'm very satisfied with the food service and atmosphere of the chicken coop here in Oakland Tennessee. I tell you I was very hungry I had a long day and the chicken coop came through. I ordered quite a bit and it was ready fast! The gal at the front was very cool too, very positive energy. The cooks were amazing and they really did their thing. I'll be back for sure. I ordered fried green tomatoes a piece of fish and 20 wings ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We got the Phillysteak and cheese with delicious flavoured fries. Staff was very friendly and food was hot and fresh.

First time using the chicken coop! We are having a thanksgiving potluck at work. The large order of wings were waiting on me when I walked in the door.

Food is always delicious, fresh, and ready in a reasonable amount of time. Customer service is always great. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. The quality of food is great. The cakes are delicious.
