Very friendly staff. The burger is very tasty and juicy. Can’t wait to try something else on the menu. Love the daily specials too. Me and my husbands new to go to place to eat.

The huge pretzel with beer cheese was amazing. $11.00.
The burger was disappointing. Small, and I'm guessing a premade bulk freezer patty + Bag of chips and a canned soda. $13.
Service was on point!
Large selection of beer.

If I go back, it would be for a BIG pretzel.

First time visit, gave it a try because of the 4.8 rating. Party of 5 and none of us could figure out the high ratings. Hard to rate the atmosphere because there is none. A couple of us were in a 'brisket mood' but they only had enough for one customer. (??) The beer cheese on the nachos has a peculiar flavor. None of the five of us liked it, so it basically ruined the nachos order. I had the 1/2 lb burger. We had two orders of the buffalo chicken flatbread and one chicken salad sandwich. The burger was mediocre, the chick salad sandwich was the same. The best was the buffalo chicken flatbreads, but none of us thought any of the food was worth going back again.

Simple concept. Comfortable environment for couples or groups. Amazingly fresh & local elevated bar food- burger seasoning and quality excited my tastebuds! Local draft list is very clear with descriptions - makes it easy to try, sample, and remember multiple choices and pick your favorite.

Icehouse is an incredible find, nestled in the strip next to Walmart on 64, alongside Street Tacos! From their mouthwatering flatbreads to their exceptional selection of draft beers, supporting local small businesses is a delight when the food and service at Icehouse are this outstanding. I highly recommend it — 10 out of 10! A must-visit spot that truly delivers on quality and atmosphere.

The burgers are good and they keep a good selection of beer on tap and in rotation. The staff is nice and courteous.

A really good handcrafted burger is the signature food item here. If craving a burger and not wanting a chain fast food burger the is the place to go in Oakland. And if you’re craving a beer seems to be a large selection as well. Super service by Lauren today. Enjoy.

We're always looking for a good burger. We decided for a late night drive to Oakland to try Icehouse. It is more of a bar than we expected. There's not much on the menu but what we had was great.

This place is not a sports bar.This is a beer hall and they do not sell liquor or wineGood food, good service, clean bathroom, nice people

Honestly, I was surprised when me and a couple buddies went to try out Icehouse. I’m new to Oakland and there isn’t much around besides Mexican so this was a nice change in pace. They have a pretty good assortment of different types of beers you can try and fresh! The menu is simple so if you aren’t great at making decisions, this should be great for you. I got the burger, which was pretty good but I was pretty jealous of the flat breads my buddies got, they looked incredible. The pretzel was a great way to get that additional carb intake as well. The service was personable as our server gave all his recommendations on the food and the weekly schedule of activities that Icehouse hosts. I’ll be back for the trivia and bee ASAP!
