I can't imagine a restaurant like Wendy's running out of sweet tea at 5:30 in the afternoon. But I guess they can't get everything right.

Waited in the drive through for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged and all they did was so hold one minute. After 5 more minutes I pulled up because it was a mobile order and after another 3 minutes they finally opened the window and told me to park in the mobile order spot and they would bring it to me. I’m still waiting.
There was only one person ahead of me and they apparently couldn’t take another order until his had been delivered and they were sure he had driven away. Just go to Burger King. They are pleasant and the food is good and fresh.

This has to be one of the slowest Wendy’s I have ever been to. We waited in the drive thru for over 5 minutes and then the lady finally came on the speaker to say hold for a moment. After a few more minutes we drove to the window to be told to pull up and wait. This was all for a mobile order that was placed on their app. I would not recommend going to this location. Unfriendly workers and slow service. I can see why the price is low. You have to something to try to get customers.

I stopped in this location after my daughter had a doctor's appointment for a wasp sting on her head that really scared her.
She wanted some food and ice cream after being good through the whole ordeal.
We were out of town and just passing through. The sting happened at a birthday party.

The girl at the counter was very sweet, professional, and friendly. I wish I could have caught her name so I could give her a shout out.
I sensed that she might be fairly new and still training.
We both fumbled through the order a bit but with smiles and we figured it out.
The food was well prepared and delicious.
The lobby was clean and had a nice and comfortable atmosphere.
She even checked in about whether the food
was good.
Me and my daughter had just been through a bit of an ordeal and were strangers in a strange land (not yo be dramatic about it)
And some food and ice cream and a cold drink were much needed and the great service was much appreciated.
I wish I knew her name so I could wish that little sweet baby angel luck and tell her she's doing great

I went through the drive through. Was not greeted at all when I pulled up. Then finally someone said go ahead with your order. I order a 2 and fish sandwich. Got home less than 2 minutes away and the food went in the trash. The fries was hot but the fish sandwich was so old it tasted like rubber. Clearly it was sitting in the holder for over 3 hours. It wasn’t hot at all. The burger was not made correct either. This was about 9:15PM. After driving 4 hours only to end up with no food to eat do not sit well with me. This was my first and last time visiting this Wendy’s location. I would never feed someone something that O wouldn’t feed myself.
