If I could leave ZERO STARS I would. The workers had horrible attitudes, lots of window slamming, neck snapping and jaw popping over my order. I can understand the system being down, but to get an attitude with me over it is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. It’s not my fault the system went down, and if you don’t like your job GET A NEW ONE! I eventually was refunded, through the app that I ordered from, but I will never return to this Wendy’s again. 0 out of 10!

This place is always hit or miss, and 90% of the time it’s a miss. My most recent experience was probably the worst with them giving me only 8 nuggets when I ordered 10, my ranch was seperated and watery and BOTH of my drinks were flat and watered down. The first service window is always closed for some reason probably that they are severely understaffed, the service is never polite and majority of the time we are missing things like straws and condiments.

Order breakfast, I'll make this quick.
Pulled up, paid, told to pull over to wait. Wait!! with 4 other cars already waiting and another joined ( I think this pullover and wait is hiding the wait times in drive thru). Waited 20 minutes and bag was a mess. Food half wrapped and gravy biscuits on side, food was tepid at best. You would think I'd be mad, NOPE this was the best service I received ever at this Wendy's.
So you are improving, you go Wendy's!!!

Took 15 minutes to get to the order menu with 3 cars ahead of me. Young lady sounded like she just woke up. Get close to the window there is a young man on his phone trying to see what the customer in front of me wants. 10 minutes later still waiting for my order. No sense of urgency,sad.

Took 30 minutes to get food. Only reason I ever got it was cause I walked in to remind them I was still waiting. Then when I got the food, it was horrible. You’d think waiting 30 min your food would be fresh

Went through the drive thru ordered my food and had to wait to pay the girl at the window until she finished her business in her cell phone. She took my card and hardes it back to me, no receipt, no thank you…. Nothing.

Drive to the pick up window, did not acknowledge me, no receipt, no thank you have a nice day…. Just shut the window.

Food was cold, including fries! And while waiting in line between the two window la they have a saying on the side of the building that says something to the affect of great customer service and food is their recipe…. lol

Ordered breakfast with a caramel cold foam coffee. I’m not barista but ain’t no way this is right, has chunks of white stuff and taste rotten. No care given from employees.
