“Let me start off by saying that atmosphere and great food can be hard to come by in Nashville. It's usually one or the other but HERO really takes the cake. From Autumn making the best shakes in town to Jay running the show, this was an absolutely wonderful experience. Please come out and support them in their quest to make Nashville food great!

“We visited this coffee shop among many others and man this was definitely the best! Ricky and Cordele were working and had the best customer service we got to experience. They were both super friendly and knew what they were talking about. This coffee shop is where it’s at. If you want some good espresso and friendly vibes this is the place for it!“

“We make our own Iced mochas at home using our Pasquini espresso machine and our Super Jolly coffee commercial grinder. We started using Eighth and Roast espresso beans and we are enjoying the taste!“

“First time at this Barista Parlor Location. I really love the openness of the space. A lot of room to sit down and work. That being said, the music was so loud and intense (personal opinion). I probably would have been more inclined to stay longer if they were not blasting punk rock.“
