Meatballs Italian Grill

We went there last night because Hendersonville/Gallatin lacks good Italian food. We decided to venture to Mt Juliet and give Meatballs a try!!! The atmosphere was great but the food was AMAZING!

This place was very odd. Yes, the food was good. The service was completely distracting. I think everybody that worked in the restaurant was our waitress waiter/he/she thing I don’t know. I don’t know why we couldn’t start with one waiter, and finished with one waiter. The third waiter. That came to our table, was flirting with my friends husband. He was patting my friends husband on the shoulder, a couple times, and flirting, just very uneasy. The dirty, fake flowers needs replaced with no flowers or real flowers.

We were the only ones in the restaurant at 630pm. We have been to Meatballs before and met the owner Charity a few times. She was not there Wednesday. The bread that was brought out was so stale it crumbled in our hands. The salad was flat and limp. My Chicken Parm was burnt. The wait staff couldn't care. The only good thing was the bottle of wine. Even when they took my plate away full and not eaten no concern from our waiter. As you can see by the pictures I could not even cut my chicken

The food, atmosphere, and host were great. We had the best time. We had the bruschetta, garlic bread with mozzarella cheese, house salad, caesar salad, shrimp francese, zuppa di pesce with pasta, and homemade cheesecake 😋

Absolutely great. The service was fabulous. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Amazing and recommend.

I ordered Grubhub to be delivered to a hotel I was staying at with a group. We had a meeting and needed snacks and dessert. I ordered 2 charcuterie for 4 people and 4 desserts which was a little over $100 with the tax and tip.
There was nothing to the charcuterie, and the tiramisu was so small. I did not think the food was restaurant quality.

Our daughter suggested Meatballs for a family dinner. Because of the name, I thought it would be Italian fast food like Fazolis but we were sorely mistaken. Both the food and the service were exceptional. We all enjoyed the Bruschetta appetizer. I had the Chicken Marsala which is a dish I’ve had many times but this was the best ever. The chicken was fork tender on a bed of perfectly cooked pasta with the right amount of sweet Marsala mushroom sauce. My daughter had the fettuccine Alfredo and my wife had pasta with marinara and both were a big hit. Our server was Dylan and he was outstanding as well. So in summary, we were very pleasantly surprised with both the food and service at Meatballs and we will be returning soon.

I absolutely love this place. It has great atmosphere and the staff has never been anything other than amazing. The food is good and I've never had a long wait for anything. My go to Italian place for sure. A real hidden gem.

Made arrangements from out of state to deliver from their catering menu. They could not have been more helpful, going the extra mile on service and meeting my needs. As reported, the food was absolutely delicious and perfect. I recommend the lasagna.
