The food is really good here. The people are super great here. That's the four star experience. The setting is TERRIBLE. Little was done from the previous version of this establishment, which is very utilitarian and not a welcoming in-dining experience. I don’t understand how these guys aren’t full every single night. The sushi is amaaaaazing. The smoked/seared salmon or tuna that comes with the nigiri, omg, I literally felt my pupils dilate. It was the best combination of smoky, fatty, sweet, and umami that I’ve put into my mouth. Red ninja is my new favorite sushi joint. First, the staff is very friendly and attentive. Its normally not crowed ( which is why I hesitate to write this review ) the sushi is very fresh, the wasabi is good, and his creations are unique. Red Ninja also has fair pricing, now a days its hard to find a sushi roll for less than $15 yet I don't think one roll on his menu is over $15 and most of the basic items are less than $9. Keep up the good work and I'll keep coming!
