I never ate inside this place so I can’t rate the atmosphere lol I don’t see how they get such a bad wrap here. Food always good. Seems a bit healthier than everything else around here.

Rudest people I ever met in my whole life kicked me out three seconds after walking in the door with my service dog when I asked if he wanted to see my usa service animal registration he threatened to call the cops on me I will never return to any Arby's in my life my dog is like my child how would he like it if I said you can't come in here out of the rain with that child I'll call the cops that child has to sit out in the rain

Food was awful got chicken nuggets had no meat/ overcooked and tiny asked if I could substitute that for a arby classic roast beef and was denied all they would do is send out more nuggets which were exactly the same disappointed so bad will try other locations before coming back here

Food was fine but the young guy ringing up my order didn't listen well enough. He didn't give me extra cheddar as I requested on the beef 'n' cheddar, nor did he give me the correct amount of sauce when I specifically asked for 6, twice. I had to park and go back in for more.

Chris was at the register when we walked in. He took our order and got everything we requested. He was awesome.The mozzarella sticks are the best here, both my husband and my kids love them. My girls like the chicken nuggets too.We ordered carry out and got our food quickly. The restrooms were clean too. Overall everything was great - the food and service by Chris. Thanks!
