Out of town on trip and on the way went in Drive Thru... ordered (1 @ a time to avoid confusion) 3 classic Arby meal LG with 3 different drinks. The ONLY potential confusion should have been the drinks. Same meal was ordered by all to help ensure this. Upon getting down the road toward our destination ALL sandwiches were Chedder Melts... no classic Arby. One passenger doesn't eat cheddar melts; so, no food for that guest. NONE received their order!!! The order was stated by customer by meal number and meal name EACH TIME. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Four stars. It's super important that when you go through the drive thru ...that you get what you ask for/pay for. BIG pet peeve of mine. They did get the food correct, but we did not get the sauces we asked for, thank goodness we had Horsey Sauce at home or I would have been livid. Its the only reason I go to Arby's....for the potatoes cakes w/Horsey sauce
