Need better training for the youngsters at this location. Milkshakes do not come so thick it will not come out of cup. The shake is not even filled to the top line. Always in a rush and when you ask for extra toppings a you will pay for more, they look at you like your crazy.

Teenage girls that would rather play on their phones than do their job and serve the customers The manager, Justin, is extremely rude Milkshakes are almost always runny like water Wait times are awful Hours posted online are false.....we got there at 10:05 on a Saturday night and their doors were locked yet it says they're open til 10:30 It has definitely gone downhill in the last couple of months I will NOT recommend this location to anyone....waste of time and money!

Was refused service because we have a service dog. My wife and I have both had strokes. Nothing posted about service dogs and our dog is well mannered and doesn't cause any issues. I will Never be back. Sorry place to operate. Happened 5-24-25

Love the ice cream but they really need an better training for the kids that work here. Summer gets really busy and it can be overwhelming for them. Waited in drive through for 20 minutes.

Literally every time I have stopped to try to get ice cream this place is closed when the hours say it should be open. This has been at least 3 times. Not a very good way to run a business.

Store hours said we are open till 10.30 pm on google.. When I was there 10.00 pm and they said we are closed
Baskin Robbins in Ooltewah, TN. Very Disappointing. Just walked out after paying just under 10.00 for a large milkshake. But the milk shake did not even come up to the top of the cup about 1 1/2 inches below the top. When I made mention of it to the young man who made it, he just kink of shrugged his shoulders. Tough luck for me!. I would not recommend Baskin Robbins in Ooltewah, at least not for Milk Shakes!

Fire all staff working until close on 3/22/24. Closed 30 minutes before the time online and were snotty high school kids with an attitude.Also, 10 of their friends standing at the door making comments about everyone that walked in because they didn’t lock the doors.Will write to corporate to identify the workers.

The young lady working was very sweet however I am a tad annoyed that I had to wait for another employee to go to Publix to buy bananas so they could make 2 banana splits in my order. Also instead of waiting and giving me my to go order all at once I was given the brownie royal and then 15 minutes later one of the banana splits and finally 30 minutes after receiving the first of my to go order I was given the final banana split. Needless to say by the time I got back to my family's house witch is 8 minutes away most of the order had melted to a not so inviting mess.

AVOID LOCATION — Visited here (Ooltewah, TN) on 10/15/23 and there seemed to be only one person working. He scooped the ice cream without gloves or a napkin. When he came to the window he had a bleeding blister on his mouth and a huge booger or snot hanging from his nose. Be careful eating here it’s not clean and they might be stealing your card information. To be honest this location needs to shut down it’s gross.
