Closed 30 minutes before the time online and were snotty high school kids with an attitude.Also, 10 of their friends standing at the door making comments about everyone that walked in because they didn’t lock the doors.Will write to corporate to identify the workers.

The young lady working was very sweet however I am a tad annoyed that I had to wait for another employee to go to Publix to buy bananas so they could make 2 banana splits in my order. Also instead of waiting and giving me my to go order all at once I was given the brownie royal and then 15 minutes later one of the banana splits and finally 30 minutes after receiving the first of my to go order I was given the final banana split. Needless to say by the time I got back to my family's house witch is 8 minutes away most of the order had melted to a not so inviting mess.

AVOID LOCATION — Visited here (Ooltewah, TN) on 10/15/23 and there seemed to be only one person working. He scooped the ice cream without gloves or a napkin. When he came to the window he had a bleeding blister on his mouth and a huge booger or snot hanging from his nose. Be careful eating here it’s not clean and they might be stealing your card information. To be honest this location needs to shut down it’s gross.

They are always out of everything I want. No cookies and crème, we don’t have this drink or that drink. I stopped going after the 2nd time this happened. I can buy a tub of ice cream for less than two items there.

Every single time I go by here they are out of so much. They don't know how to do discounts. They are always out of mangonada smoothies and this time they were out of all smoothie mix. A few months ago I was told this was all getting taken care of but apparently not. I can go to any other Baskin Robbins in the area and get what I want but never the Ooltewah location.

Every time we come to this store, which is not often, they’re out of something. Today it was smoothie mix- really. Who orders their inventory- obviously no one. Will NOT waste my time coming to this one again.
Love This place. The Gold Medal ribbon ice cream is the best! A very clean family and kid friendly place!

Very unprofessional workers. Waited to order for at least 15 minutes while there was no one in front of me in the drive thru. When asking for things got giggles and laughs from the girl over the speaker. The pup cups I ordered didn’t have the lid on one of them and got all over my car and was not offered any napkins when I got my order. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the ice cream was good. Probably should have looked at the reviews for this place before going.

Ooltewah location is the best! Nice size serving. For drive thru patrons, I would suggest that napkins be served with each cone...nicely folded napkins versus unfolded napkins pulled from a dispenser. A wad of napkins in not appealing. The teen servers just need some help in this area.

Went through Friday September 30th around 8 pm to get my wife an ice cream cone after dinner. The young man working the drive through handed us a cone bare handed. No gloves on his hand, and no paper on the cone. I guess he needs more training, and my wife needs a free cone!
