If you’re lucky enough to have Chelsey or Emily take care of you you’re in for a great time and a good view. I highly recommend this bar.“

“This is my very first bad review I am writing and I don't never give a bad review at all about my food and the night shift manager Erin and the cook. We had ordered their Cajun Grilled Chicken Sandwich and we got our sandwiches the Chicken was over cooked and really dried and we made a complaint to the night shift manager Erin and all she wanted to give us was a mashed potatoe and gravy to make up for the Cajun Grilled Chicken Sandwich and all she gave was 10% discount for our sandwiches being over cooked and very dry and burnt in spots. The cook should have not sent those sandwiches out the window like that and we not be going back to that Champy's in East Ridge at all. The mashed potatoes and gravy was insulting to us when the night shift manager could have gave us a bigger discount on our sandwiches instead of a small 10% discount or at least have the cook remake it the right way. I wished I would have taken a picture of the Cajun Grilled Chicken.

“I moved here 2 years ago and this was the first place I stop for dinner and since the first day they treated me like a local. The bartender asked me : You are not from here don’t you? And I said, No, I just moved with my family, and from there she started suggesting what to get from the menu, put me up to date with the area, and not only she introduced me to some of their regular customers she even recommended other restaurants, schools and even a good church. The staff has always been nice, but yes sometimes they are a little busy, what is understandable. Coming from FL I had to wait at least 45 min minimum just to get a table. In some occasions the owner has stopped by my table to say hi and to ask about how the service was going and once he even give me and my cousin to try for free the loaded nachos before they put them in the menu. In my opinion, not only the food has been great, (and I have tried most of the menu), but the staff has been extremely helpful and nice taking in consideration that I was new in the area. So for me this has been a great place so far, service is great, food is good and they try to at least make a personal connection with you which most of the places don’t even care. NYPD is a great place and Im happy we have it here in town.“

Leah took great care of us and aubrey was amazing at making conversation — super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. Excellent service and even better atmosphere. Definitely one of our favorite spots to eat!“
