The chicken was good, the fries were inedible. The texture of the fries was like stale leather. The biscuit was overdone on one side and underdone on the other.

They are great and made my biscuits how I love them
I go here fairly often, and I'd say it's usually nice, but the coffee is almost always bad. It tastes like just hot water run over used grounds. I looked inside my coffee cup to find that it was so weak I could see the bottom of the cup through the coffee. The same thing with the tea, just really bad/weak.
The people always seem to be trying, and when something is missed from my order they usually go above and beyond with fixing it, but the coffee and tea have gotten to be just sad... Bojangles tea used to be a point of pride and I hope it can return that way.
Oh, and don't forget to make sure they give you a straw or cutlery before you drive off. Depending on the day they will almost always forget it.

If I could give no stars I would this is the worse food I have ever received there was a hair in my husband cup the tea smelled like soured milk the fries are not fresh at all they like rubber if I wanted rubber I would eat my own car tires the food came unwrapped and also DIDNT GET NO STRAWS we ain’t bums gotta have straws this isn’t the 70’s

I went through the drive thru. I was greeted promptly but as I was giving my order I was asked to slow down. When the person repeated the order back to me, it was completely wrong. I repeated the order again and the person over the speaker repeated it back really fast to me. I said it was correct but thought they still may have forgotten one biscuit. I asked for the receipt when I got to the window and realized they forgot one of my children’s biscuits. I told the woman at the window and I said I’m sorry can you please add it, it’s for my child and gave her my card. The person who was taking the order yelled in the back “Well that’s why I repeat the order back to you” I told him that he repeated it back really fast and I could hardly understand what he was saying so that’s why I asked for a receipt. They gave me my daughter’s biscuit and we drove off. My daughter checked the bag and let me know he did not give us straws and did not give me a large bo round even though I put emphasis on needing a large with one of the combos and he very rudely came back and said “ I already got that.” I would give a one star but the woman at the window truthfully was nice and helpful.
I love Bojangles and will stop whenever I see one. Well this store was the best Bojangles I have ever been in. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was awesome! And of course the food was great, except for the fries. They were over-seasoned. We told the staff and they immediately made us a new batch with less season. AWESOME SERVICE! The next time I'm in the area, I will definitely stop by here.

So I ordered the two piece special That was $5.I got overcharged the cold.The frost were cold and hard The biscuit. Was burnt and the chicken was cold This is the most poetic service I've ever had and I won't be back.I try to call the store and they're not answering the phone I called four or five times and did not I will not be back
