The manager on duty at 9pm 7/13/2025 took care of my special order beyond expectations. He went above and beyond to make sure that was okay before closing. When I walked in, all the associates were welcoming and didn’t make me feel unwanted even though it was close to closing time. I will be coming back much more often and the food was as fresh as it could get without having my own chickens

I picked up for myself only as a to-go order but was pleased with the food and service. This is at the Ooltewah location. Wish we had a Bojangles much closer to home. Two thumbs up for Ooltewah Bojangles!
We love the Cajun fried chicken. It’s always hot and crispy. My husband enjoys their egg and cheese biscuits. Service is prompt.
