Picked up 2 sausage biscuits this morning, EXCELLENT! Should have skipped the BoBiscuits! They were both inedible! HARD, DRY, COULDNT STICK A FORK IN EITHER OF THEM! If I'd tried it before going home, I would have returned them. Disappointing.

I absolutely love Bojangles but this has got to be the most bunz location. Constant missing items (you’ll have to go back), unseasoned fries, takes an hour, and generally doesn’t taste like the Bojangles I’ve come to know. Every time I’ve drank enough to forget I’ll go back and it ends up being a kick straight to my Bo-Berry Biscuits!
I’ve lived here 2.5 years and God I wish it could be Bo Time but there’s a reason nobody living here knows about Bojangles and the lot is always empty.

Went through the drive through spent almost 40 dollars got home was missing a meal. I ordered a 4pc tender with fries. Spoke to manager was told i could come get it whenever, came to get it the next day and they gave me the meal without fries i went up to the counter explained i didnt have fries with my meal. She said “i gave you your fries” i told her its all on my tray still to come look herself. She tossed the fries in a fry bag handed them to me aggressively and rolled her eyes. Walked out pissed and throwing the doors open. Even her coworker was explaining how poorly she handled that. Unbelievably rude and was extremely undeserving of attitude over their mess ups that couldve easily been solved instead ruined my appetite with how irritating the experience was. So i appreciate the horrible customer service.

half of our order was received...we find this out when we were already home. no biscuit with an egg platter..no bo rounds... poor quality control and supervision..this is the last time bojangles will get my money

Ate breakfast here 2xs and both times my food was hot, fresh, & delicious! The gravy was SO GOOD & the tots were HOT!!

Food is terrible. Not once but twice not the Bo bites taste like they been sitting for hours. Taste like chicken jerky. Also they told my husband they didn’t have any grilled chicken so he settled for crispy chicken sandwich, they asked does he want Cajun he replied no. Food gets home and Bingo! He’s got a Cajun sandwich! The store was not busy the only people there was my husband and one other man. They were having issues obtaining my husband’s order through the drive through originally so he did end up going inside to order. He checked the bag and they forgot to put the Bo bites in the bag. Terrible service especially since the store had two customers. Poor customer service.

We have a men's meeting in there . Sometimes on Saturday. Ok place to meet. Baptist like to eat.
They have a welcoming atmosphere. The service is pretty fast, and the food we got was hot and good.

The employees were very friendly and very accommodating; the GM Dylan came to our table to see if we needed anything and to thank us for stopping by!! That was so very sweet!!! I will definitely be back and I recommend EVERYONE to visit. The Bojangles in Ooltewah TN!

Biscuits? Are you joking? Try GREASECUITS! Seriously the biscuits are so freaking greasy that they are sickening! You have to put numerous napkins over the paper they’re wrapped in and still you can see the grease on the napkins!
