Had my order canceled because they don't want to do there job. Also not the first time this has happened. I have even gone there at 10pm and no one will answer the speaker and going to the window they are all just standing around. I think upper management need to come here and investigate why this is always happening.

Literally haven’t gotten my order correct probably the last 3 times I’ve been. What’s the point in ordering in advance on the app, for a quicker experience, just to get home to find out half of the items you paid for aren’t there? And what would be the excuse, when you have ample amount of time to double check the order? Especially when the store is dead…

Kid-friendliness: They have a really nice play area that was clean and big enough for a couple of tables and benches for eating and even a large birthday party.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible sidewalk. The doors are wide and the counter area is large enough for a wheelchair or crutches.
Every single time I went there for a week straight every day someone called the cops about my service dog and the manager told the cops we produced our papers as they required and sent them away until two days ago the female African American mangers that's on 4:pm shift starts screaming at us that she don't care about our papers they have to be wearing vest and all kinds of stuff not required by them my daughter is a manager at Burger King I was on the phone with her and she was floored as this lady threatened us with cops every single worker has been on with us until this one lady she should be fired they should take the sign off their door stating service animals are welcome if she don't want to follow burger king policy's I don't care if my daughter has been a manager for 5 yrs I will never give another dime of my money to them
