I've given this place more chances than it honestly deserves. I work & live in the area so I've tried every shift. MORNING (dried out and/or cold.) LUNCH (cold and maybe a 20% chance of it being correct) DINNER (just ... really don't bother) This particular area has plenty of other options. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere.

The cashier added on a burger king foundation donation without asking me and then refused to refund me for it when asked. Because of this I couldn't expense my order for work and had to pay fully out of pocket. I will be disputing this charge. Ridiculous.

I wholeheartedly will never shop at this location again. I’ve let a lot of things slide from getting gnats in my drinks whenever I get DoorDash orders but today really hurt me. I had a late lunch and I wasn’t able to eat it until later in the day when I noticed that the burger that I DoorDash was incorrect. It wasn’t from this location, but I asked them since I haven’t eaten all day if they could just make it right since it’s still Burger King and as a company, they should want to make it right if something was made wrong, even at a different location. As someone in customer service that is the general rule of thumb for us in my line of work . I was rudely told that they wouldn’t be able to remake it for me. All the while the staff was snickering and making fun of me while they were waiting on the night manager to get off the phone with the day manager because I guess you need a presidential approval for a four dollar cheeseburger. I don’t want anything free and I’m not trying to share a sob story But the world that we lived in where customer service was the forefront is officially gone and these people don’t give a shit if you leave hungry or not just go somewhere else and save yourself the public humiliation that I had to face. I don’t expect anybody to reach out to me because the management here is laughable and have poor character.
