I’ve had issues with Burger King’s in the past never warming up the burgers to my liking, but this location is an exception to that.The food is always hot and the fries are especially always fresh! This makes my experience pleasant every time regardless of if I get take out or decide to dine in.Their customer service is also consistently good. They seem to have great retention as you grow pretty familiar to the faces there, and there is something to say about that.
Service was terrible, didn’t have any of the food we asked for from the menu, the employees were rude also rolled eyes the whole time we were trying to place our order, food was cold like it just came out of the fridge and there wasn’t a clean table to be

Watched the cashier get nearly every single order wrong she took for 10min straight.Looked like she was messed up on dope.They lost my order. Finally after saying something they just gave me some food. It was the wrong food but at least we got to eat.

This is not my usual spot I stop for Burger King . The lady at the drive through was so rude . Ordered a frosty instead put an order of small fries . Refused to listen to correct the order . Is there a policy where you can’t replace the patty for a chicken instead of the ghost pepper burger. I don’t understand what the big deal is to put a chicken patty instead of a patty. Whatever you do stay away from this location.

Terrible rude employees. Tried to place a order to switch the patty with chicken for ghost pepper would not let me do it . First time trying this location & went to the one in Chattanooga ones are so much better the lady in the drive through is extremely rude . What ever you do stay away from this location the other ones are so much better.

This location ALWAYS closes early and it's absolutely unacceptable. I work at a restaurant and we're not allowed to close early, so why is this location exempt from it? Seen it happen too many times and finally had enough. Supposed to be open until midnight on Friday night and was already closed at 11:20. Corporate should keep an eye on this location because they're definitely losing money.

Super happy to see your employees getting some good flirting in while on duty but would be nice to not have to wait for my order for them to do so. Get some managers in here and btw door was locked at 930pm. Gonna loose business with these antics.

Ordered two chicken sandwiches and one spicy sandwich. The two chicken sandwiches should have been 2 for $6 but I was charge $6 for each of them and they gave me a spicy chicken wrap instead of the sandwich which cost twice as much. Basically, I was charged double what I should have paid and received the wrong order. I tried to fill out the survey on the receipt but the code kept coming back not found, I guess they can’t even do feedback right. I doubt I’ll be back.

The food was good but since when do u charge for pickles n onions on a wrap?? We wanted to eat here on a tray but they put it in a bag ? to go n the lady got our drinks in the dt when there's a soda machine in the lobbY to much ice in the drink so we drunk some of it down n then dumped out some ice then refilled ourself before we headed back home to Knoxville

They seem to be understaffed so they seem stressed out and not super friendly. However, the last 4 times I have been there, the food was fresh and hot. Legit, not a single thing wrong with my last 4 orders. The food tasted really good and I will keep going back. Hopefully they are able to fix the staffing issues.Kid-friendliness: The playground is open there!!

Manager was rude to his employee that was running the register. He "barked" at her to take our name down. BK employees have literally NEVER gotten a name. They go by order number. So that's a first. Maybe it's new to all of them. Maybe he has told her multiple times.Also, he(manager) put our food on a try like it was dine in(receipt clearly stated take out). When my wife asked for it to be bagged, he again "barked" at the register order to bag it like it was her fault when he didn't take the time to do his job properly. These are small things but he deserves the lowest position in the store if he is gonna talk to employees like that. Especially when customers can hear.
