Do not like the new drive thru. No one in mobile line, 1 car ahead of me in drive thru line. That car placed a large order and I only ordered 1 shake. I had to wait awhile for them to place their order, then again to get their order only to finally get my order which was a melted down shake. Didn't do mobile order cause I was paying cash. If both lanes were for drive thru I wouldn't have had to wait. Not sure i will go back much anymore.

My friend and I came for dinner with her 1 year old. We had the nicest staff member (Emily) that helped us at our table!!! She interacted with the baby, answered our 20 questions, and helped us clean up a few messes. She helped us navigate the app and even helped me find a CFA keychain in the back that we couldn’t find online. Both my friend and I haven’t ever had someone’s attention outside of ordering to help with either of these things without holding up a line. We will definitely be back to this location and we hope to see her again! Truly 10/10 experience

A few weeks ago a had a very uncommonly poor experience with this location. I left a review and within days a team member responded and sent me an email link to communicate further about the issue. I did so and was thoroughly pleased with the speedy response and overall resolution! Thank you! Then, when I went to redeem my reward I had the BEST service and experience from my delivery driver James! Thought that would be the end of my journey with them yesterday, but due to some logistical issues I had another driver named Morgan come back out with my additional items and she was not only the kindest person I’ve met recently, but went above and beyond to assure my experience was nothing short of spectacular! Thank you both and the team!!

The guy at the counter was a W guy. Called me by my name and sir. Barely even sat down before I already got my food. Awesome speed, service, food, and employees. Would go again, but I live all the way in Illinois. The only complaint i would even say would be the darn ranch packets. Couldn't get them open for the life of me.
The staff is friendly and make sure you have what you suppose to have with your order.

Tracy was the dining host and has serviced our family multiple times. I have 4 young children and she went out of her way to make sure they get sprinkles on their ice cream and even took them back behind the counter to make their own soft serve cone. She alone is the reason we keep returning to the Ooltewah restaurant.
