Y’all have completely screwed up what was always great, fast service.
Get rid of the stupid “app” line and go back to a two line drive-thru.
The “app” line usually has zero cars in it and the normal line is backed through the parking lot.
Not only is that making it take forever, but your order takers are trying to go as fast as they can to make up for the line and entering orders wrong. He read it back and it was so jacked up, it’s unbelievable, so we went through it again. When we got our food (and receipt), we were charged for an extra drink AND the sandwich had the wrong cheese on it.

Use to be a spot I would stop with my kids that was fast and easy. Today I went, noticed they changed their two lanes two one and a mobile. Efficiency is lowering and wait times increasing. Also there was a HAIR in my kids milkshake.

My fries were cold and limp and the chicken nuggets were cold. It wasn't crowded there were only 2 other cars in drive thru very disappointed and will never return to this location. Horrible food
