Do not like the new drive thru. No one in mobile line, 1 car ahead of me in drive thru line. That car placed a large order and I only ordered 1 shake. I had to wait awhile for them to place their order, then again to get their order only to finally get my order which was a melted down shake. Didn't do mobile order cause I was paying cash. If both lanes were for drive thru I wouldn't have had to wait. Not sure i will go back much anymore.

My friend and I came for dinner with her 1 year old. We had the nicest staff member (Emily) that helped us at our table!!! She interacted with the baby, answered our 20 questions, and helped us clean up a few messes. She helped us navigate the app and even helped me find a CFA keychain in the back that we couldn’t find online. A few weeks ago a had a very uncommonly poor experience with this location. I left a review and within days a team member responded and sent me an email link to communicate further about the issue.
