Y’all have completely screwed up what was always great, fast service. Get rid of the stupid “app” line and go back to a two line drive-thru. The “app” line usually has zero cars in it and the normal line is backed through the parking lot. Not only is that making it take forever, but your order takers are trying to go as fast as they can to make up for the line and entering orders wrong. Use to be a spot I would stop with my kids that was fast and easy. Today I went, noticed they changed their two lanes two one and a mobile. Efficiency is lowering and wait times increasing. Also there was a HAIR in my kids milkshake.

Best Chick fil a in the east tn area! Better than cleveland and Chattanooga locations. Tracy made all the difference in our day. The roses for Valentines made me feel so happy too. Thank you all so much!
