The place is an old fashion feel to them. It’s be the type of place I would come back to eat. It has great food. And the service was excellent. Everyone who works here are friendly. I would tell people to come and try the food.

A mile and 3 turns off the highway, you'll find Couch's. They are the real deal. Been there since 1946 and just the amount of locals inside should tip you off that the food will be the southern BBQ you've been searching for. Both the chicken and pork were amazing. Desserts include sweet potato, pecan, and buttermilk chess pies. We shared the latter and it was a great finish to our meal. The atmosphere was the cap to our stop, though. Everyone waved or said hello as they entered. Cozy, friendly, and delicious. Would definitely return if we are in the area!

Only ordered 2 bbq sandwiches and they both came to table incorrect, when I notified my server, she got snippy and defensive. Food was good. But service was sub-par.
