I'm going to have to give Cracker Barrel just a passing grade on the food this time. One of the things I loved about their breakfast menu was the Spicy Chicken Sausage, which they have recently abandoned to replace with some turkey sausage patties, which don't hold a candle to the Chicken Sausage. No spice or real flavor at all. Plus they seem to be out of hashbrowns here lately. I ventured to order the Hashbrown Casserole which was just about a half step below repulsive. I still love the atmosphere and interacting with the wait staff, etc, but it may be awhile before I darken this door again.

Went out of desperation, we used to eat there all the time till Crack managagement got political. Won't return either.

Service was awful, we had to ask for everything, refills, biscuits,jelly. Not just once, everytime we needed something. Would try to get his attention and he would walk the other way

Order 1/2 roasted chicken at the Ootawah store. Totally terrible. Chicken was all bones taste was terrible and to top it off the greens tasted like cement. Walked out of the store hungry. The waitress offered me another choice. No way . When I checked out I mentioned it to the clerk she could have cared less. Just pay me please.

Food was not very good. Cold food. Dry, hard biscuits, burnt coffee. Server didn't check on us to find out how the food was. Portion sizes have been rebranded to smaller!
