From the time we got there untill we left everything was great, just love those butter milk pan cakes. I wish you would offer turkey sausage and regular hash browns.

Online order arrived barely warm, mashed potatoes were like paste, corn bread muffins were burnt, gravy was lumpy. Very disappointed in the quality.

You were my top choice for breakfast and I have always went there. But due to the Woke and changes you are making, I am forced to go somewhere else. It's a shame Cracker Barrel.

We usually order takeout meals family size. I wish they would take the time to check the order before bagging it up. They get 15% tip for a quick takeout and they can never get it right. I won’t complain about the food but they can do better. The service was quick. Maybe slow down, check the orders

I was part of a party of 37. The manager decided to split our party in half and give us two waiters. Thankfully, our half's waitress got our orders quickly and got us served in no time. The other half of our party dealt with someone who got confused and forgot to send some of the orders to the kitchen. So our party was finished eating almost 45 minutes before the other half of the party even got served. What I'm saying is I don't have any complaints for myself because my food came hot and it came quickly. But overall, the service was a disaster because half of our party waited up forty five minutes after we were finished before they even got their food. Big parties beware!
