Ordered online for my pickup time to be 13mins then jumped to 45mins. I arrived when it was in the “bake “ part or the tracker just to be told it hadn’t went in the oven and I had three orders ahead of me. While I waited my order was confirmed ready online but I was still two orders out from having my food. Very poor communication between store and app!!!

On Friday, May 2, 2025, We ordered a pizza from this location. They apparently didn't put extra cheese on the side of the pizza that we requested.
My wife stated that she would call them on Saturday to let them know that she was not satisfied with the pizza. We got busy on Saturday, so she called them on today, which is Sunday, May the fourth.
While I was cutting grass my wife, came to me to explain to me how rudely she had been spoken to by the manager and some other associate at this location.
She called them store to express her concers and was told that she cannot call a day latter expressing dissatisfaction with a pizza. She asked to speak with the manager. The manager, after they haggle over the phone, stated that he would be driving to our house to give us our money back. In addition, he would require us to sign adisclaimer, saying that we will not patronize their store anymore.
Now, I really hate giving bad reviews, because I really do believe that one or two bad employees does not reflect the attitude of an entire organization.
To the manager who made those comments to my wife. You need not bother coming to our home to bring us back the money or for us to sign any disclaimer. I am 54 years old, and as of this past Friday, I can assure you that I will NEVER EAT another pizza from you location or any other Dominos pizza! In fact, if I were to go to a party and they only served Domino's, I would drive to the local convenience store and buy a bag of chips, and eat that instead. If Domino's were to purchase every single pizza restaurant in this entire country, then I would never eat pizza again!!!
One final thing, if you or anyone in your store ever speak to my wife with the disrespect and rude attitude that she told me that she endured, you and Domino's will have a 6'2, 250 lbs legal problem that you will not soon forget!!!

Placed online order for delivery, 2 minutes later it was canceled by someone at dominos. Upon calling to find out why I was told that they tried to contact me, which they did not, and they canceled my order. I asked her if she could reorder it and have it sent to me, she got an attitude because they were closing and she didn't want to do it. Needles to say I didn't get any food and the ride lay said she is going to ban me... really?! Never again

We already order pizza and wings whenever we move. It's a tradition to get it from Domino's, but this time the wings were so tiny, it wasn't even worth it.

Poor customer service. Never received my food. Delivery drivers can’t ever find the correct address. Then they give up instead on trying to contact the customer!!! They need GPS! Never again.

I order here all the time and the pizzas are ruined like 10% of the time. It’s a gamble each time I order but my kids prefer dominos. They have good customer service and switched out the messed up pizza

I ordered from this dominos on Saturday night and my pizza came all the way messed up the first time and then I called for a replacement and when she was calling to tell someone I had ate the pizza when I gave it back to the driver she had the other pizza tipped on its side for it to slide all the way down all I wanted was a normal pizza because I payed for it and instead I get harassed because I “accused the driver of tampering with it” I sent it to corporate because I was told I was getting taken off of the list so my address can’t be delivered to anymore and I was supposed to get a refund but it didn’t happen.

Of the 10 or so delivery orders I’ve placed here in recent months 5 or 6 including the last one complete the order long before it’s ever handed to me. Delivery times are typically twice what the tracker says. I work in restaurants for my own career and I am appalled at this behavior. No excuse for completing orders early to make your ticket times look far better than they are.
