I ordered from this dominos on Saturday night and my pizza came all the way messed up the first time and then I called for a replacement and when she was calling to tell someone I had ate the pizza when I gave it back to the driver she had the other pizza tipped on its side for it to slide all the way down all I wanted was a normal pizza because I payed for it and instead I get harassed because I “accused the driver of tampering with it” I sent it to corporate because I was told I was getting taken off of the list so my address can’t be delivered to anymore and I was supposed to get a refund but it didn’t happen.

Of the 10 or so delivery orders I’ve placed here in recent months 5 or 6 including the last one complete the order long before it’s ever handed to me. Delivery times are typically twice what the tracker says. I work in restaurants for my own career and I am appalled at this behavior. No excuse for completing orders early to make your ticket times look far better than they are.

I'm not one to post bad reviews all that often but to pay for extra cheese and have a company advertise that their standards have been raised to meet the expectations of Simon and that their new crust is improved, I am at a loss for words. I'm going to call out Bobby the manager as well who did a crappy job handling the whole issue. He refused to remake or credit my bad experience. what happened to the customer is always right. Anyways go to Hwy 58 Dominos worth the drive they put 3 times as much in their pizzas... these guys over here are a joke. I had about 8 Jalapeños about 12 pieces of Pineapple and again I didn't see any extra cheese not worth paying extra for(which I did). $24 for 2 pizzas, and that's with a coupon... one that was just okay but this one in particular pathetic....how much does it cost to put a little more. With the bad reviews I promise it's a whole lot more than the extra pennies of toppings it would cost you!

This dominos store used to be so good but the last 2 times we've order delivery from them, we've had to cancel the order because the order was taking an exceedingly long time. Both times when ordering online, the delivery estimate was about 25-35 mins. The first time, after waiting an hour, the Dominos 'Tracker' tool was still at quality check. We called and they had no idea where the pizza was or when it would actually arrive so we cancelled. The second time, was given an estimate of 35-45 mins. At 45 minutes the tracker was still at the prep stage so called and the person who (rather rudely) answered told us on a Saturday night there are a lot of orders in front of us and they weren't responsible for what the online ordering estimate was. After pressing them for how many orders were ahead of us, they checked and told us 16 orders were ahead. After 45 mins, there were still 16 orders ahead. I don't know what happened with this store but maybe they need to look at their staffing levels. For us however, we will no longer be ordering from them.

Customer of VW ordered a delivery order and when the driver arrived he waited for 10 minutes for her. She came to the security office to get her food. I agreed with her that she should have came sooner to meet him. But, when we called the store the lady named Tracy yelling at me and not giving an opportunity to speak to her for a solid 3 minutes and I asked who the owner was and she told me that I didn’t have to answer any more questions and told me that my number was blocked from now on and I’m just trying to help the employee and this Tracy lady understand what happened? The girl called the guy 3 times and wouldn’t say anything to her when she called him in front of me. I worked 20 years in the restaurant business and this was the worst customer experience I’ve ever heard a person speak to an individual ever. If Tracy doesn’t like her job maybe she should just go get another one. She doesn’t like people and she’s plain disrespectful on the phone.

Worst ever restaurant. Never visit there. They charge for even a single packet of red pepper flakes/oregano. You cannot throw the box of pizza after eating because there is no dustbin out there. And when asked to the employees if they can throw the box for us. They say only employees can throw the garbage in store. Dustbin Not for customers. Hence we had to take the boxes in our car and throw it somewhere else. We ordered pizza with more jalapenos.. the jalapenos in the pizza were even less than the usual we order...

Well I placed an online order, and specified in the order to deliver out front of the flagpoles of Gestamp. The driver then called me and asked if I would be outside and I said yes. He did not tell me he was going to Volkswagen. My order was specific and they still delivered to the wrong location... Just don't order from here
