No unsweet tea. Asked if they could make some tea. Was told no way. Asked are you out? No we have. Can you please make some unsweet tea. No!

Food ok. Steak is spicy, not everyone can do spice; ordered pork in burrito, tasted like chicken, tortilla could be more crispy and insides warmer- food luke warm. Sorry won’t return.

i just went for lunch and i was over charged for queso. the queso was also very watery and the indians that own the place are very greedy for money. i was charged $20 for a bowl. save yourself and go to another location.

This is my last time going to Dos Bros in Ooltewah. I paid $60 and all they give you is a bunch of beans to keep from giving you meat!

They refuse to take food back or give refund!

If someone were to ask me what is Dos Bros like,I would say that it is similar in concept to Chipolte, but better and a little bit cheaper. I live in Nashville where don't have any locations. I am hoping they will open here soon. The locations in Jackson and Shelbyville were clean with pleasant staff and excellent service. Highly recommend. Additionally I recommended Dos Bros to a friend who lives in Shelbyville. She and her son both loved it.

online ordering kept kicking me off and deleting my order. no delivery in my area, so I drove across town to discover no drive through either. went inside to witness a full line waiting to be served. ordered two burritos and got half a scoop of rice on one. they should charge according to weight, so $9+ for little rice and small amount of chicken. tasted ok but most likely won't return.

The food here is delicious! Portions are large and the queso is top notch. If you try and stay away from carbs, they offer bowl options which are terrific. Great flavor to the meats and the veggies are always fresh. The only downside to this place is that the parking can be a bit troubling. The lot is not very big and there are other establishments in the same center.

I ordered from here on Jan. 23rd for my lunch break. The employee taking my order had the attitude of acting like she wanted nothing to do with me, but the unkind welcome was the least of my problems. I took it back to work and ate only a few bites before noticing it had an off taste. The rice was under seasoned along with the steak having a strange after taste. I stopped eating. About a hour later I was sick in the bathroom throwing up, i had to leave work. I called earlier 5:10pm on Jan. 24 that I got food poisoning and would like a refund, and that I even still had the food to bring in to prove I wasn't trying to scam them. She told me there was no manager and hung up the phone on me. This is a restaurant I won't be returning to. Horrible customer service, food, and attitudes.

Not my usual Dos Bros... Food was good, I think maybe less topping options but still very good. It was clean but the table I sat at had a wobbly top so I had to move. I thought chips and salsa were free with the meal, maybe that has changed or might just be this location. My meal was a bit more expensive because of that. Everyone reviewing about staff not speaking English must not have ever been out of their sheltered hometowns. Staff had accents but spoke perfectly understandable English.

This is the only location that’ll fill a to-go order through Door Dash just as full as if you ate it on the restaurant. 10/10 hands down the best, and doesn’t short you on deliveries.
