Food order was not even close to correct, the hot drinks came out iced, we had to ask for napkins and everyone there seemed like they were angry and acted like it was an inconvenience to fix anything. There’s also some kind of odor coming from around the front register area. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Maybe they just need better management, but something should probably improve if they want to keep customers

The cashier we got was very aggressive i didnt catch her name but she raised her voice while me and my boyfriend were ordering i dont remember what for then when the drink was put out there wasnt a name or anything on it and it wasnt what i ordered so i put it down and walked back to the seat then she came up and seemed angry that i didnt tell her something was wrong with the drink when i didnt even know it was mine.

So, I love jelly donuts from dd, but over the years I absolutely dread going in to any dunkin bc my personal experience w their service is just simply up there w the absolute worst.. dunkin and Starbucks, to be exact. Today I came across one of the single best customer service professionals of my life here at ooltewah dd, and I totally didn't get his name. The guy stands out tho, and long before you notice the ink covering 90% of his showing skin, you get hit w one of the kindest and most wholesome smiles I've had at 7am in a v long time . Thank you brother, for working lame hours for awful pay and still making your customers feel better for having had the privilege of being served by you. Keep up the great work, g 🤘

The Ooltewah Dunkin is terrible! I always get an extra piece of sausage on my breakfast sandwich, which I pay for. I almost ALWAYS have to go back because they forgot it. The way my coffee tastes is inconsistent. The virtual assistant has been down for MONTHS so I can't even get on there to request a refund. DO BETTER, DUNKIN!

Coffee is the same quality as our shop back home. The atmosphere was a little uncomfortable because of the attitude of the employee who was having a difficult day. Hopefully, it was a one-time thing.

This is easily the most disappointing Dunkin' location in the area. Every visit has left me underwhelmed, particularly with the quality of the drinks with the coffee and tea both being 95% water. As others have noted, the service and consistency seem to be getting worse over time. I only stop here out of convenience when I’m nearby, but I strongly prefer the location on Jenkins Rd in Chattanooga. It’s clear that this franchise needs new management—someone who genuinely cares about maintaining standards and running a quality business. It’s honestly surprising that this location is still open, likely just surviving on foot traffic from people passing through.
