The munchkins I just got for my daughter and her friends were absolutely horrible. They were hard and stale. Dunkin should do better . When I was young, they were made in the store they weren’t brought in frozen cardboard boxes.Local places sell much better and Kristy Kreme!! This will be our last time getting donuts here. I should have taken them back for as much as they cost. Don’t spend your money on donuts here ,you’ll be sorry

The ooltewah dunkin donuts used to be so good but like every establishment management makes or breaks the place. There used to be a girl there that was a manager and the place was so well run. The quality of the products was always soo good the drive thru and customer service was what you would want as a regular we haven't seen her in a couple months along with good customer service and coffees /food. The place went to a 1star from 5 quicker than greased lightning. The last time (I mean that literally) we got coffee from there I threw half of it away. It was so sweet it was thick it was drinking straight syrup. The place sucks now. The staff is terrible and the place sucks... Unless they get the one manager back the place is dead. It sucksssss

I made an online pickup order. I arrived and my drinks and donut were ready, but I was waiting on a breakfast sandwich and hash browns. I watched the woman making the food scratch her head with her gloves on and then touch the food. She was also eating food as she was prepping. I told the front assistant I didn't want my food and left. I was not offered a refund or even an apology.

This is the worst Dunkin location to visit. I’ve been twice in the month of September and the drive thru person got my order wrong. I went through the drive through months before to get a decaf coffee and it was filled with coffee grinds in the bottom and it was a cold cup of coffee. The manager did not care. The customer service is non existent. Terrible location!!!!

Looks like someone enjoyed some of my large latte before they gave it to me. Staff was disinterested in providing customer service

Fast service, good selection of breakfast sandwiches, and of course, great donuts. The dining room has a nice, comfortable atmosphere. I go there often, sometimes just for coffee and to visit with a friend.

Hot coffee was cold and won't be back to this location ever again. Kid's outside playing instead of working

Can't understand or follow the simplest of instructions or request. Order the box of mixed no jellies, please. So of course, half the box is jellies. And of course, they're very quick to hand the scanner out the window to force you to tip at drive through before you get your food.

Dunkin' continues to be my go-to spot for a quick caffeine fix and a satisfying breakfast. This location consistently delivers on the promise of 'America Runs on Dunkin'' with its efficient service and reliably tasty offerings.

The coffee here is always fresh and flavorful, whether you prefer it hot or iced. I particularly enjoy their cold brew - it's smooth, rich, and perfectly refreshing on a warm day. What sets Dunkin' apart is the variety of flavor shots and swirls available, allowing you to customize your drink to your exact taste preferences.

Their breakfast menu is a lifesaver on busy mornings. The bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel is my personal favorite - always hot and satisfying. The donuts, of course, are a classic indulgence. They're consistently fresh, with a good variety of options to suit any sweet tooth.

The staff at this location deserves a special mention. They're always friendly and efficient, even during the morning rush. They handle orders quickly and accurately, which is crucial when you're trying to get to work on time.

The mobile ordering app is a game-changer, allowing you to skip the line and pick up your order hassle-free. It's especially useful during busy periods.

While it may not be gourmet cuisine, Dunkin' excels at what it does best - providing quick, tasty coffee and food options at reasonable prices. It's a reliable choice for anyone needing a quick breakfast or a midday pick-me-up

Vegetarian options: Coffee and they have snacks that are for vegetarians. Some of the foods are actually healthy in a way.

Parking: The parking spots in this place are plenty as it is like a small plaza. No more detail to share other than the location is fairly new so the location is very clean.
