Coffee is the same quality as our shop back home. The atmosphere was a little uncomfortable because of the attitude of the employee who was having a difficult day. Hopefully, it was a one-time thing.

I guess waiting for anything in the Ooltewah area is the norm. This place is the WORST! Horrible service and over 15 minutes consistently for a coffee whether one or 4 cars are in front of you. Will stick with Scooters

This is easily the most disappointing Dunkin' location in the area. Every visit has left me underwhelmed, particularly with the quality of the drinks with the coffee and tea both being 95% water. As others have noted, the service and consistency seem to be getting worse over time. I only stop here out of convenience when I’m nearby, but I strongly prefer the location on Jenkins Rd in Chattanooga. It’s clear that this franchise needs new management—someone who genuinely cares about maintaining standards and running a quality business. It’s honestly surprising that this location is still open, likely just surviving on foot traffic from people passing through.

Ordered 50 assorted munchkins received 50 of the same. Spent $24 via uber. Try to call the store they do not answer.

Constantly messing up on food orders either quality or missing items. Service is underwhelming, employees always sound like you're bothering them.

Nothing like a terribly made, watered down coffee to start your day.
The munchkins I just got for my daughter and her friends were absolutely horrible. They were hard and stale. Dunkin should do better . When I was young, they were made in the store they weren’t brought in frozen cardboard boxes.Local places sell much better and Kristy Kreme!! This will be our last time getting donuts here. I should have taken them back for as much as they cost. Don’t spend your money on donuts here ,you’ll be sorry
Felt semi-welcomed. Service was accurate and quick.

The ooltewah dunkin donuts used to be so good but like every establishment management makes or breaks the place. There used to be a girl there that was a manager and the place was so well run. The quality of the products was always soo good the drive thru and customer service was what you would want as a regular we haven't seen her in a couple months along with good customer service and coffees /food. The place went to a 1star from 5 quicker than greased lightning. The last time (I mean that literally) we got coffee from there I threw half of it away. It was so sweet it was thick it was drinking straight syrup. The place sucks now. The staff is terrible and the place sucks... Unless they get the one manager back the place is dead. It sucksssss

I made an online pickup order. I arrived and my drinks and donut were ready, but I was waiting on a breakfast sandwich and hash browns. I watched the woman making the food scratch her head with her gloves on and then touch the food. She was also eating food as she was prepping. I told the front assistant I didn't want my food and left. I was not offered a refund or even an apology.
