Avoid. Bleached red haired girl at the windows has an attitude. Went through the drive through, took 15 minutes. When I got to the windows 5 orders were sitting waiting and Ms attitude was standing talking. Of course the food was cold. Somebody needs a lesson in customer service

Very slow, left without eating. Went inside because the drive through was not moving. Got inside and nobody was taking orders. Went back outside, got in drive through Lane which was backed up with 8-10 cars total. Nothing moved after 3 minutes so I left. It doesn't have to be this way, if chik fil a and raising cane's can figure out how to manage a restaurant well so can Hardee's.

Closes 30+ minutes early because “it’s slow”. I’ve gotten food here a few times and it’s a better option than McDonalds at least when I just got off work and need something to eat, but closing 30+ minutes early is crazy 🫠

Emily was amazing!! She personally saved my life when I was chocking on a delicious freshly breaded chicken strip dipped in honey mustard. I thought I was gonna die; had honey mustard all over me cause you know dying and stuff but she sees me stop drop and roll and runs to me so that she can performe the Heimlich maneuver and save me!! If it wasn’t for her I’d be cold on the floor infront of the bathroom. 5/5 would recommend!

Don’t be in a hurry it quite frequently takes 30 plus minutes to get through the drive through. They only take and serve one customer at a time. Because they are more worried about their wait times on the computer than actual customers wait times!

You never know when they are going to help you at the drive-thru. They'll let you sit there for a couple of minutes, not saying anything, then tell you they are not serving drive-thru. The service has been poor for a few years, and every time I decide to try it again, it is once again an aggravating experience.

I am the number one person who purchases the mushroom and Swiss every day and they told me they close at 8 o’clock so get there before eight. I get here in 7:40 all the way from Ringgold, Georgia and I can’t get my sandwich. I’m not happy
