Il Primo Cambridge Square

The menu does not offer much variety for people with food allergies... I ordered the fish special. It had coleslaw on top and a giant blonde hair mixed in... Not mine. The food honestly had much to be desired, not even including the hair. Had several good experiences in the past, but this was not one of them Servers are great

This is our absolute favorite Italian restaurant & where we go every year for our daughter's birthday. As always, I had made a reservation about a week before & requested a booth. When we arrived we were told that no booth was available but a table by the kitchen was. Does Il Primo need more Reserved table cards? Alex was an excellent server & our food was wonderful but not having our reservation honored definitely marred our experience.

Our waitress was simply wonderful, coming exactly when we needed her help and answers. Everyone enjoyed the food. We had a wonderful evening.

Our go to spot for celebrating and they did not disappoint yet again😊 Food, drinks, and service were all top tier.

I think my order was forgotten. The other 6 dishes came out 10 mins before my pasta. I was good when I received, but should have been more timely.

Good experience as always. Consistently good food. Detractors from a 5 were feeling rushed throughout the dining experience and too much parsley in my entree that overpowered the taste of the dish.

Four Italians visiting from out of town. We made reservations and had an excellent night. The food was outstanding, we ordered multiple appetizers, multiple dinners, and desserts and shared. Prices are very good for the quality of the meal. service was on point, food timing from kitchen was on point. Atmosphere was great!! Well be hitting this place whenever we're in town. Not a huge menu but what they are making, they are making well.

We go to Il Primo for my birthday every year. This was the first time my husband ordered the filet. He said it was very tough and very salty.

Fantastic place, 4 Italians from out of town, we ordered multiple apps, 4 different meals, and 3 desserts. Everything was great, our server was awesome. Prices are very fair for the quality and quantity of food you get. Don't pass up on this place if you have the chance. I wish I had taken pictures to share. We all really enjoyed it, if you live local, this should be your regular spot for Italian food!!

Courtney and the crew are simply phenomenal. But I have to give a special shout out to Naomi! She's such a hard worker! The food is so good and we just love the bread and olive oil.

As always, a great meal. But it was totally ruined by the customers in the next booth. They were so loud, obnoxious, some cursing, and it was continuous. I know the restaurant should not be held responsible for rude customers, but it did reach the point where i thought someone on staff could and should have asked them to be more considerately to their fellow diners.

our visits are always on top of their game...if anything is ever off the rectify and are prompt to clear it up...ALEX WAS one of our best servers...
