Jersey Mike's Subs

You all have an employee that if we see working we will turn around and leave immediately. Dont know his name but he has glasses and longer hair. He is the most incompetent person ive ever encountered at any Jersey Mikes. Ever. Walked in today. He was the only person working around 230 pm. I left after standing there for 5-10 minutes as he took 2 sandwich orders. We have left the store before due to his inability to handle the job. I literally drove to the cleveland location today and likely ate before he finished those 2 peoples orders in front on me. Management has to know he is unfit for the job as he has worked there for months. Again, youve lost out in hundreds of dollars in sales from my family alone. Either he goes or we wont come back. Every other person is great, fast and makes great sandwiches. Dont know what this guys deal is but im not waiting 30 minutes to get 1 sub that shouldnt take longer than 10 minutes with multiple people in line. If he isnt working, we have no issues.

Walked in and was treated like I was bothering them. Ordered a sandwich with banana peppers. Somehow got three tomatoes instead which I never asked for. I ordered in person so there was no excuse.

Tipped before realizing it was wrong. Got home and saw the mistake and at that point it wasn’t even worth going back.

If you can’t listen and make a basic sandwich correctly you shouldn’t be behind the counter. Between the attitude and the wrong order I won’t be back.

If you order a sandwich be careful they may have it sitting out for 20 mins and it not even be right. If you ask to void your order they will tell you I can't. So just be aware of you disagree with their service you may have to jump through hoops to get your money back.

Jersey Mike's is the best sub sandwich shop. Service can vary based on how well the sandwich maker is trained. It's worth the wait.

Went in today around 3:30 and was met with a kind greeting and great service by the gentleman named Messiah. I got multiple subs for my family and looked like Messiah was the only employee in the building when we got there. He was cleaning up the cutting station which took a minute or two. We had one customer waiting to place his order behind us, and Messiah asked for someone in the back to help take orders, of which he received no response or no. The customer behind us ended up leaving because of the wait. Another person walked him while Messiah was assembling my families sandwiches. He asked again for help from the back but received none. After eating our sandwiches we saw 3 more employees come to the counter.

Give Messiah a raise for what he has to deal with. You can’t train empathy or hard work, may need to review with employees who actually want to be there.

God forbid don't order from them put in mobile app and they said ready by 130 it was no where ready and they keep skipping over my order for everyone else second time here and it never ready on time there won't be a third time I can't set for 45mins at a time waiting

Sunday afternoon, 2~3 hrs study session — learning went smoothly today. For me, the main (pinnacle) criterion in cafes are personnel. They were nice. After asking about WIFI, two employees politely responded “apologies — we’ve got none”. Also, nobody insisted on “buying anything to stay in for a while. Because they said “little stay is okay”, I interpreted three hours as not too long (however, sorry “Jersey Sub” if it’s above “limit”). So, Jersey Mike Sub is now my fav education club-hub. :)

Used to be here 3x a week. After waiting for 2 sandwiches for 28 minutes, after ordering online, by the time we got home both sandwiches were wrong. Not coming back here. I’d rather get a smoothie next door since they move quicker

Here to have lunch had to try several tables found one not as dirty as the rest . Makes you worry when your food is hand held , and you touch tables

Picked up an online order for 2 children and 2 adults on 5/2/25. Each sandwich was customized. It was ready when I arrived, and the staff was friendly. The sandwiches were made perfectly to order. Best online take out experience I have had in Ooltewah in quite a while!
