This place is nasty. I am from Jersey and they should change there name because it gives Jersey a bad name. Not like it’s bad anyway. The workers are ignorant. I did an online order called to add something they guy laughs and calls me an idiot while hanging up. Understand that management does not care. Never again

Absolutely disgusting experience today at 6:45-7:00pm the counters are filthy and there veggies in the meat cutter. The guy with the goatee is drinking an open cup behind the counter. The owner should fix this issue, honestly someone should call the Hamilton county health dept. I didn’t want to even buy the sandwich they made for me in fear of getting sick due to bacteria on the counter top which was filthy. I hope the owner/manager checks the camera. The girl just used the rag to clean the counters and then sat it back under the knife they cut my sandwich with. Seems like a health violation.

Wonderful experience the gentlemen working today were very kind and pleasant even though they were busy! Dave and Daniel were awesomeness we have been traveling and this was one of the best stops ? give them a raise.

I came in with my family a few days ago, and it was ridiculous. The store was extremely dirty with food on the floor and tables, so we wiped off the tables with our own hand sanitizer. We were the only ones there, and the group of teenagers working was just sitting in the back on their phones.

The bread on our sandwiches was stale, and they did not give extra meat that we paid for. When I said something to the guy working about the stale bread, he essentially got mad at me and stormed off instead of offering to make new sandwiches with fresh bread. It was a teenage boy with short/medium dark hair working the register who was extremely rude. They also put ingredients on my sister-in-law’s sandwich after she told them not to put them on there because she is allergic. They fussed about having to fix her sandwich. One teenage boy with long blond hair was really nice and apologized.

It was a Sunday afternoon with a handful of teenagers working who don't care about their job. If you even try to go here to eat (I wouldn't), then at least do not go after school hours when school kids will be working.

Waited in line forever and still wasn't getting service. Two guys working and they couldn't keep up. They need to hire more employees

Long line. it was taking forever. Not enough people working. The ones working were extremely slow. Dinner rush there should have been more people working. We walked along with others. Went to another sandwich shop got waited on and served in a timely manner

Don’t place an online order here. I came an hour after my online order was placed and they hadn’t even started it. I’ve missed my entire lunch break so many times cuz of this place. Food is good though

Today was my first time eating here and I will be returning this was by far the best sandwich I've ever ate thank you
