Ordered Gluten Free for allergy. The new guy didn't clean the grill and used "gluten dirty" tools. I asked the manager to remake the sandwich. If had been drive up customer I would be in bad shape. Always watch even though they say gluten friendly. Not everyone there knows the protocol.Dietary restrictions: GF bread, but beware the prep. Always watch.

Got there about an hour before close. No other customers around. Crew was more into talking amongst themselves, then making my order. Then more people came in. After 15 minutes, I finally got my order. Drink machine malfunctioned and wouldnt stop pouring drink. May return.

I have visited this location several times but was disappointed during my last visit 12/13/2023. We order $40 in food/drinks and found out after we paid that the ice machine was not working. We informed what I believe was the MOD that the ice machine was not working and he told us that the drink machine was refrigerated. We attempted to drink room temperature sweet tea then Pepsi. Very disappointed by not being informed about this before we ordered and paid. Bad experience and won't go back.
Great food with great customer service. Our food is always fresh and delicious. Only thing I just wish that the tables in the dine in area were cleaner. Otherwise, great establishment for when we need our Jersey Mike’s fix.Parking: Might have to park behind the drive through area due to limited parking for busy area..

The prep area was surprisingly messy. I have eaten here several times, so I was taken back by the untidiness where they build your sandwich. By far, Jersey Mike's is the very best deli sandwich shop. The employees were very nice and made my #13 just as I asked. I know management changes and certain things are more important to the current lead person. They just missed the mark on cleanliness this time. I highly recommend Jersey Mike's in Ooltewah.

food is great but when placing ordering online the order is NEVER correct. Been this way for years. thought I'd give it another go today since we were in a hurry! I should have known better. I waited 20 mins longer then it said it would be ready online. When we got home all our sandwhiches were just cheese and meat... nothing else! we've order online many times over the past few years and it's never correct.
