I think people are blinded by the size of the burgers and the enormous amount of toppings that go on them because the actual burger is unseasoned and mooshy. We got our food at the time promised, we had called ahead and for the most part they were kind to us and seemed to care. I was excited after opening the box and seeing the burger and disappointed immediately after my first bite. They almost tasted boiled or something weird... steamed?? my husband said maybe baked like a meatloaf. I just didnt have any flavor whatsoever except for the ketchup I put on and the entire onion slice they put on. I dont think they even see a flat top grill hmm 🤔 i bet they freeze them and steam them because they are so big. I'd love to know the secret but won't be back.

This is easily the best brisket in the Hamilton County area, but you better get there early or it will be sold out.
I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger and tots on 12/4. It was my first time eating here, it was a great burger. Definitely will be back.
