The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the location was so convenient to pur hotel. We got pur pizza quickly and the staff even helped us move outside to the covered patio when my two young daughters were cold in the air conditioning after getting caught in a summer rainstorm. The staff went above and beyond to help us be comfortable during our meal.

Staff was friendly and helpful and pizza was very good equal a very positive dining experience .. was in Ooltawah for a baby shower and my Son and his wife brought us here for a late lunch/early dinner, place was pretty busy when we walked in which is always a good sign .. see photos for a visual of the different pizzas that we ordered, can you guess which one is vegan?
Located in a commercial retail area this hidden gem is serving up great pizza. I was staying in a nearby hotel and the desk clerk said it was her favorite. As I travel thru different areas I like to sample the local pizza. Lupe’s is a keeper, saved the number in my contacts as I will be thru here again. We had a large pizza with Italian sausage, mushrooms and green peppers. It was well cooked and very tasty.

A little more expensive but their pizza is worth it. The service is excellent. Can be a little noisy inside but they offer good outside dining. You can always count on your food items to be fresh and hot!!

My wife is currently soy free and dairy free as we navigate tummy issues with our 5 month old. I saw they had vegan cheese and called to confirm their crust was soy free. After 6 weeks of totally plant based pizzas from the frozen section… this lifted our spirits. Very thankful for Lupis and they just got a new loyal customer!

Wow let me tell you how good the service is here. I called them and talked to the manager named Steve and I just wanted a higher up manager because I had a problem at the Cleveland store. Not only did he offer to fix my problems he also gave me a gift card of significant value and told me to come see them next time. So I did that their store is so much cleaner than Cleveland their staff is so much more friendly and they don't look like they're dipped in bong water like Cleveland. I'm not trying to trash Cleveland's lupis they do that enough for themselves. Short summary friendly well mannered exuberant bubbly staff great food none of it was burned like Cleveland everything was clean stuff wasn't sticky even the bathrooms were perfectly maintained. This is my new lupi's
