The pizza was delicious, but our dining experience was marred by the inappropriate behavior of the staff. Despite being the only patrons in the restaurant, my two sons and I were subjected to staff members loudly using profanity, which I found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. This experience has led me to decide that I will not be returning to that restaurant again.Kid-friendliness: NOT KID FRIENDLY

Ooltewah Marco’s is the best in town!! Delicious pizza, excellent service, and speedy delivery. A very well-managed operation!Kid-friendliness: We took our entire little league baseball team into the Marco’s dining area one evening and the kids had the best time!!
As a retail training manager, I'll say:I'm extremely disappointed with the manager of this location. I mean, I understand you have a difficult job of managing teenagers for pennies per hour but it's no reason to allow them to swear in front of guests, play fight in the kitchen, and ignore a patron (I say patron because I wasn't a customer). This happened during the afternoon of 1/26/24.I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes and passed by at least five times by four different people, including the manager, and neither of them asked me if I had been assisted with.Worse - When finally asked if I needed help, and after saying yes, another employee in the kitchen yelled out, "No he doesn't."Absolute unprofessionalism. No uniforms. No name tags. No hairnets. And with all the yelling with no face masks, I can't imagine how much spit your food gets on them. Shameful and disgusting.I wanted to complain, but I'm just a delivery driver, so i'll do it here instead.

I've been a customer of Marcos since 2018-2019 maybe. Ive always had wonderful service and never really had any issues with food from them. However tonight we order wings both bone in and boneless. Both orders were buffalo sauce wings but when we received our order the boneless wings were dry no sauce. I called to let them know hoping they could fix the issue and send new wings with buffalo sauce but apparently they can only give refunds and their drivers don't drive to fix mistakes even though they were the ones that messed up our order. As of now I am no longer a Marcos customer and will never order from there or recommend their restaurant either. The girl that answered the phone was not pleasant and acted like she had better things to do than her job. Food service is really going down hill.

Tried something different this time. Had my first 3 meat pizza bowl! All the things I love about a pizza without the heaviness of crust. The portion size was enough for me to have leftovers for 2 days. This will be my go to meal at Marco's for now on!?
The food is good, but ordering both through the app or online are just awful now. Doesn't even show reward points anymore so mine is going to expire now. Just not worth the hassle.

I pass the Cleveland location on my way to the Ooltewah location! The Ooltewah location is so much cleaner and the staff are kinder, cleaner and harder working. I appreciate all of this and am willing to drive for better service and cleaner atmosphere. Also the variety leaves something for everyone in my family to choose from. I appreciate them having my order ready when they said it will be ready and made correctly ☺️ there is a ton of seating and a comfortable atmosphere, kid friendly for sure ?

Well, our previous order was great but tonight's was disappointing, I ordered 3 pizzas and a large order of garlic parmesan wings. At home, 3 of us had a couple wings, and they didn't taste right or really look done right, and not at all fresh . Also, the pizza was ok but not as good quality or fresh as last time we ordered. We decided we probably better not eat anymore chicken, with the weird tastes and it ruined us wanting any more of the pizza either. 53$ and dinner pretty much ruined for all. I had to go back by 2 1/2 hours later and was going to let them know, and at least return the chicken possibly and the whole place was closed down, at 7pm. So, I'm concerned, they are suppose to be open till 11pm nightly. Will go by in the morning, talk to someone, hopefully go well!
