We went for lunch today and I ordered a spicy mcchicken, I took 2 bites of the sandwich only to find out it was raw and still cold/frozen in the center. Ended up throwing everyone’s food away and went somewhere else. Wasn’t even worth it to go back and have them fix it.

This location is closest to us and I would love to be able to go more but the times I have taken my kids inside it’s so very dirty to the point of being unsanitary (especially the play place). The employees are often very rude but seem stressed and understaffed possibly.

This McDonald’s takes so long to do anything. I could panhandle on Lee Highway to generate enough revenue to buy my own McDonald’s franchise before my food gets to the window. This place is so bad I’d rather buy an incubator, hatch my own chickens, raise them, breed them till I have enough to trade for a cow, get the cow, slaughter it, make burgers and then give the burgers away in front of this restaurant out of spite before waiting for food from this place. If I had the money I would buy the place to turn it into another Taco Bell just for the chaos. I could drive to East Ridge, order from their drive-thru and drive back to Ooltewah and it would be faster than ordering from this restaurant. I don’t know if it’s the fluoride in this location’s water, or if it’s some sort of front, but I’m convinced the people running this place own pet rocks.
I ordered the Sausage Egg McMuffin Meal, and it really hit the spot. The McMuffin had a nice balance — savory sausage, fluffy egg, and melted cheese on a warm English muffin. The hash browns were crispy and fresh, just the way they should be. The small premium roast coffee was smooth, and with 3 creams + 2 Splendas, it had the perfect taste for me. Classic breakfast, quick service, and satisfying overall.

This place is very slow. I’ve picked up orders for door dash and waited 30 min, i’ve ordered my own food and it at least took 10 minutes when there wasn’t even a lot of people there waiting for their food. Tacobell, Chick-fla-, Zaxbies and other restaurants make this Mcdonald’s look horrible because they give you your food within 3-5 minutes when lines are long. This Mcdonald’s is poorly managed because they always have poor service, long lines, and don’t seem eager to get your food to you as soon as possible and waste less of your time. If you go to Tacobell they get you your food to you fast so that you can just eat and go and when there’s a line that line doesn’t last longer than 5 minutes. Mcdonald’s needs better workers or just a new manager

My absolute favorite McDonald’s to go to. I will literally drive 45 minutes out of the way to come to this one especially for breakfast. The lady that works the drive-through during breakfast is friggin Top-notch & heaven sent! She goes above & beyond to greet everyone with a smile, How are you & always gets the food correct & out very quickly. Keep Rockin’ it RossVegas McDonald’s 😉
