If I could leave zero stars, I would. My recent experience at McDonald's was beyond unacceptable. I ordered a Happy Meal with Sweet and Sour sauce—pretty straightforward, right? Not only was the sauce missing from my meal, but when I politely brought it up, the staff tried to **charge me for the sauce I already paid for**.

To make things worse, they flat-out **accused me of not ordering it**. Luckily, I kept the receipt, which clearly showed the charge for the sauce. Instead of apologizing or correcting their mistake, I was met with a dismissive, rude, and unprofessional attitude.

The employee stormed away and the manager came to the window. He first had ti check the receipt before giving me the sauce. Is 40 cents worth all this drama? I expected: “My apologies, here’s your sauce.”

Customer service here is non-existent. I expect mistakes to happen from time to time, but the way the situation was handled is why I won’t be back. McDonald’s corporate should take note: training your employees and management on basic customer service and accountability is not optional. Absolutely ridiculous.

Guy in drive through spends more time setting on phone with others walking around talking and have cars waiting in drive through for long periods of time. Extremely slow service just like most of them.

I was here at 7:30am on 11/3/2024 and the dining room was closed. All doors locked. Drive through really backed up and didn't have time for that. Website says the dining rm is open at 5:30am on Sundays. Sign on the door says dining room is open at 5:30am on Sundays. Google profile says the dining rm is open at 5:30am on Sundays. If that is not the case you should update your hours so people know.

This is the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. It was 7a.m. and only three cars in line I waited and finally got to the speaker I sat there almost 10 mins waiting then as I started to drive off she said sorry you wanna order now? I said no I'll be late for work and drive off and there was no one at either drive through window so I have no idea what they were doing because they had served all the cars before me and they were gone. This isn't the first time it's happened either I tried once before and sat in the drive thru 45 mins just for a coffee and bagel. If they were busy I'd totally understand but when there is no one in lobby and no one at either drive thru window that's just crazy making someone wait that long.

My father who is a diabetic, loves coming to McDonald’s and getting a hot coffee on his way to church every Sunday morning. Well every time he orders a large coffee with SPLENDA due to him being a diabetic, he has to have sugar alternatives. Well the lady this past Sunday made his coffee and put SUGAR in his coffee causing his blood sugar to raise which makes him feel light headed and like he’s about to pass out. He started feeling this way once he got to church, feeling weird and had to go home. Please be mindful of those people ordering who have health issues such as my dad. This could lead to very serious health problems with those who are at risk dealing with their health. PAY ATTENTION TO THE ORDER.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Placed a mobile order and it took them 35 minutes to have it ready. We asked several times and the register employee kept saying it was next.
Everyone was disorganized. They eye arguing over who didn't come in, just a disaster.
Avoid like the plague.

Ordered two hot and spicy mcchickens. Received a cheeseburger. Went back inside to get my two mcchickens and received one. Not sure why two items were so difficult but lesson learned on assuming not once but twice I would get the right order before leaving.

I’m not even sure how this can be considered “fast food”. We could have been seated and served at a restaurant by the time we received our order from McDonalds. We waited for over 30 minutes! Very frustrating since we had our baby in the car and just wanted to grab a quick bite. They need to get it together and maybe reevaluate how they run things to be more efficient. This wasn’t the first time we’ve waited this long for food from this location. We definitely will not be returning.
