If you are looking for FAST Food this is NOT the place. Even the Drive-thru takes as long as a dine in restaurant and they can't even get your order right. Last time we dined in it took almost an hour to get our food and it was just us and another family who also waited 1 hour for their food. In the mean time you can see several employees just chatting and walking around.

As quite a few others have said, this has to be the single slowest and most dysfunctional McDonald’s in the county. Whether there are 2 cars or 20, you might as well get comfortable. This seems to be another location that never recovered after COVID. I’d love to see them get things back to how they used to be, because we simply will need even attempt to go here anymore.

I've never been to such a down scale McDonald's. It literally takes 35min just to get a damn sandwhich and happy meal for my 3 yr old. Got up to the intercom and "silence" for over 5 min. After saying HELLO 1 min later she says just a min...another few min go by and I order. The staff was nice but slow and stupid. They kept asking what food I ordered (smh). I noticed them bagging orders for the people inside 1st...even though I saw them walk in while I had already sat there for over 20 min. Then, when the food was sat down next to the window, noone was there to give me the food. Everyone disappeared. I banged on the window and a lady peaked over and I realized she was...cleaning???!!!...ok, F the cleaning yall have 50 cars out here wanting their food. She didn't even say sorry when she opened the door and gave me the food. Had to get some money back cuz their dang ice cream machine was STILL down. And needless to say my toddler was throwing a fit cuz this was way too long of a wait just to receive 2 things. I'd get faster food going to a restaurant. Tried 3x going here..all the same. The burger was cooked too long and missing tomato and lettuce. Only positive thing was the Happy meal -which was better than my own food. Also, I was sick that night from this burger I ate. Please, for your sake, skip this trashy mcD and go to Burger King

Waited roughly 15/20min to even get to order. Was told over the Entercom they had lemonade, it's an upcharge, something we were willing to pay for a small lemonade, get up to pay and get our items, pay for the meal, then as they hand out the food, say they are out of lemonade and asked if we wanted something else, we subbed for a hi-c but then gave us issues when we asked for the upcharged drink we didn't end up getting...now I understand times are tough and places like this have trouble finding quality help but getting upset with the customer for wanting their refunded money for something they weren't gonna get is ridiculous imo.Would not recommend this mcdonalds.
