Been there before and got the brisket. Pretty good. Went tonight, Friday night after hubs and I worked all day, looking forward to a nice meal without cooking. Got side of ribs. More fat than meat. Threw most of it in trash. Love to patronize hard working local businesses, but won't be going back any time soon.

I admit I’ve only been here twice, but loved it each time. I seem to never remember about this place until I drive by and remember how good it was. I would highly recommend giving them a try. Great bbq sandwiches and the baked beans were amazing as well.
If you want good barbecue you need to go here. I had there barbeque brisket plate which included two sides I had potato salad and coleslaw . It was very good. I also had their banana pudding which is made fresh every day. It was so good and yummy!!! I also like their customer service. They are friendly and courteous. They brought our food to the table. They also checked on us later to see how we where doing. I definitely will be going back there again!!!

Moved to the area in Spring 2021. I was disappointed with the lack of consistent, good bbq in the area until I found Memphis Street BBQ. Small joint with big flavor. Give them a try!

Great customer service. Chris and Allisa have it down. They are friendly and make you feel welcome and pleased with the wonderful food they prepare. If you haven’t tried Memphis Barbecue on Main Street inOoltewah, go get some. Their Brisket made my mouth water. Will be doing that next.

Scary, I see the owner flame broiling a review. I get it. Please don't hurt me.I say 5-star Brisket. Nice flavorful pull apart.Rack of ribs, good. Great smell, flavor nice. But, they don't pull apart needed a knife. Which is perfect if that is the style you are making.For me, 2 more hours of slow smoking, so all that fat melts into the meat. So that the tips of the bones are all showing. Then the ribs reach that point of magic. The point where a slightly heavy rubs turns to candied like BBQ sauce.There is a cooked smoked rib, then there is that perfect rib.It does not seem like the wrap their meet in foil and let it steam from its own heat, which I hate. It is cheating.Beans, good. Banana pudding pretty good. Slaw I got to eat tomorrow.I will come back. May not try any other place in the area.

Memphis Street BBQ is amazing, we go there several times a month for lunch. The service is always prompt, great food and Paul and his staff are always pleasant and make sure the customer is happy before they leave. Thank you, Memphis Street BBQ for always making sure we are fed!
I have not eaten there in over 12 years. Actually forgot about the little place it's not much off the main road. But everyone who was doing construction in that area during that time ate there. For lunch. Totally better than fast food for the price.

Popped in on my way through and loved the atmosphere and service was super friendly. They were slicing the brisket as I ordered so took the combo with the brisket and pork. Ordered a loaded potato as well with pork. Brisket was good flavor but was a bit over with a tight chew so ill give it a 6.5. Pork was lacking some flavor and a tad dry but was better than several other local establishments rolling in at a 6.5. Baked beans were definitely not the star of the show needed a lot of additional prep time and seasoning 4. Sauce was different as well and paired well with the pork but alone was an unappealing off note almost bitter.
