My husband isn't much on breakfast places, but Neighbor got his attention. He couldn't wait to go back. The food is delicious, and there's LOTS of it. Definitely need to give this place a try if you hhaven't! You will not be disappointed!

So glad I finally tried this little brunch/lunch place! The food is always good and fresh and yummy. They recently changed their menu up so I haven’t gotten to try too many of the new things, but I am so looking forward to it! The staff is always friendly and very accommodating if I want to change something up from what the menu says, and the place has always been nice and clean each time I’ve been there. As far as price goes, it is about standard of what other places are, but most of the portions are quite large and can easily be shared by two. I have family that visits from Florida and this is always their favorite place to go. Cambridge Square has a lot of good food places to offer and I believe this one is one of the best!
Parking: There is a large area to park in front of the restaurant, but there is also parking behind the restaurant. Depending on the time of day that you get there, sometimes it can be hard to find a spot but most times it is not a problem.
Kid-friendliness: Every time I have went, I’ve had a one year-old with me and The staff has always been very friendly to us about him. It’s a very nice place, but it’s not so fancy that you can’t bring your kids.

Food was good. Service was terrible. We finished our meal and waited 15 minutes before we stopped a different waitress to ask for a to go box. She brought us one and our check. We waited another 10 minutes and the waitress that was not ours came by and stated herself, “I figured someone else would have came by and taken care of this.” So that is 25 minutes without seeing our server at the table. She was up front but chilling at the bar. There were two people at the bar and 5 tables total. Service should be easy for the amount of staff they had when you are not busy. There was literally enough for one server per table. Our waitress was more interested in socializing and hung out behind the bar. We were her only table at the time so I don’t get it. Won’t be back. We were there around 9:00 am. Our server had an orange flannel on and needs some continued coaching.

The hostesses were very rude and gave conflicting information. They said all bar seating is reserved but there were 6 empty seats at the bar. One of them was also very patronizing . I will not be going back to this unneighborly establishment.
This place is great. I have found it to be very reasonably priced for the quality/quantity of food and the level of service. The atmosphere is always pleasant and clean. The staff is very friendly and professional yet still presents a cordial hometown feel. The menu has plenty of excellent selections although they axed a few things off their old menu that I wish they still offered. Five out of five stars. Probably one of the best breakfast experiences in the Chattanooga area.

Absolutely delicious breakfast. I ordered a corned beef hash omelet (not on the menu, but they will make it for you) and grits. I was impressed with both. Large portions and certainly not the typical grits. I could have eaten an entire large bowl of those course ground creamy grits. My omelet was especially good with fresh ground corned beef. None of the canned stuff here. Waitstaff was very friendly and kept the iced tea and coffee filled. The atmosphere feels very relaxed with checked tablecloths and an upscale feel. Prices are very reasonable and we had leftovers.
Parking: Parking along the square with extra parking behind the buildings.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair friendly, including the bathroom.
