Ordered an online pizza at 640 with estimated pick up time of 7. When I came to drive through window it took over 10min for anybody to come to window. A girl rudly said it's going to be another 20min. So 25 min later I came to window again and she stated "it's going to be another 6min, we are just now making it" and then shut the window. Customer service was not good and it's been an hour and we STILL don't have pizza or any resolution đ

Called to inquire about the jack-o'-lantern pizza. Was put on hold twice for over 15 minutes with no one ever picking up the call from hold. Called today to order a pizza. Got the whole order in. He asked if I wanted one or two garlic dips, I asked if they cost extra. He hung up on me. Husband went to pick up the order. No record of it. Went across the street to Dominoes. Horrible, horrible customer service!

We did a walk-in order with our grandchildren so they could see the pizza being made. The staff were very accommodating making it enjoyable. We had the extra large pepperoni. The pizza was great. Thanks to the guys at the Ootelwah Pappa Johns!!!!

When placing my order today, I put in the right address but the system changes the address to somewhere far away every time. I called them. The workers name was Bill and he gave me a very big attitude and was mad that I didnât call him about it sooner since they have to pay money to DoorDash. I explained to him that this happens every time I order and when I call sooner, they also give me attitude then and say they canât do anything. It seems that every time I call this specific Papa Johnâs, the workers always have terrible attitudes. Other than the terrible customer service, the food is delicious.

I am confused why Papa Johnâs is using DoorDash instead of their delivery drivers now. From ordering the pizza to delivery it took 70 minutes to get to our house - when we are not even 5 minutes away. Itâs absolutely ridiculous. The pizza was still somewhat warm, but it is obvious that it had been sitting under heat for a while. Guess we will be ordering from Dominoâs now since they still have their own drivers.

I just called and tried to place an order, I gave my address three times and the girl still could not get it. I am 3 miles from them So I did not order and will never try again. Ya lost my business. If you cant even take an address down. thats rediculous
I placed an order on the website for an advanced delivery at 8:15 pmand it was delivered a whole 30 minutes earlier than expected. I planned it so that the pizza is fresh for my loves one. When I spoke to the manager of the store his words were â there nothing I can do for youâ and states thatâ I didnât placed a plan ahead delivery orderâ When I did and I always do. No one wants to have cold or reheated pizza its unpleasant. Iâve never had an issue with this store till now. In conclusion, my recommendation -do not use this location for your pizza needs. This makes me so sad because I actually love the pizza but when the manager tells me that I didnât do something when in fact I know I did. It causes me to question the integrity of the establishment. I personally will not support this establishment thereafter I will take my services elsewhere.

The staff is great but Papa Johns has gotten rediculous with "shrinkflation" in their menu. We ordered a large buffalo chicken pizza and the toppings were so sparse that 3 of the 8 slices had ZERO chicken on them. This is the second time we have been disappointed in their value for price and I think we are done with Papa Johns for good.
