$60 for pizza plus a $15 tip , only for DoorDash to show up with my pizza and one of them looks like it was slammed up against the windshield of the car. And so cold I think I may of been the last of 10 orders to be delivered. Do better

Ordered an online pizza at 640 with estimated pick up time of 7. When I came to drive through window it took over 10min for anybody to come to window. A girl rudly said it's going to be another 20min. So 25 min later I came to window again and she stated "it's going to be another 6min, we are just now making it" and then shut the window. Customer service was not good and it's been an hour and we STILL don't have pizza or any resolution 🙄

Called to inquire about the jack-o'-lantern pizza. Was put on hold twice for over 15 minutes with no one ever picking up the call from hold. Called today to order a pizza. Got the whole order in. He asked if I wanted one or two garlic dips, I asked if they cost extra. He hung up on me. Husband went to pick up the order. No record of it. Went across the street to Dominoes. Horrible, horrible customer service!

We did a walk-in order with our grandchildren so they could see the pizza being made. The staff were very accommodating making it enjoyable. We had the extra large pepperoni. The pizza was great. Thanks to the guys at the Ootelwah Pappa Johns!!!!
Parking: It's a strip mall so plenty of parking.

When placing my order today, I put in the right address but the system changes the address to somewhere far away every time. I called them. The workers name was Bill and he gave me a very big attitude and was mad that I didn’t call him about it sooner since they have to pay money to DoorDash. I explained to him that this happens every time I order and when I call sooner, they also give me attitude then and say they can’t do anything. It seems that every time I call this specific Papa John’s, the workers always have terrible attitudes. Other than the terrible customer service, the food is delicious.

I am confused why Papa John’s is using DoorDash instead of their delivery drivers now. From ordering the pizza to delivery it took 70 minutes to get to our house - when we are not even 5 minutes away. It’s absolutely ridiculous. The pizza was still somewhat warm, but it is obvious that it had been sitting under heat for a while. Guess we will be ordering from Domino’s now since they still have their own drivers.

I just called and tried to place an order, I gave my address three times and the girl still could not get it. I am 3 miles from them So I did not order and will never try again. Ya lost my business. If you cant even take an address down. thats rediculous
