Papa Johns Pizza

This location is great. The staff are great. The food is great. What's not great is the online system. I placed an order and when I went to pick it up the site didn't have it. Yet I had order information and screen shot from where i paid. This is the third time this has happened to me. The papa John's website is such a waste of time. Hey corporate.....fix your crap. Your store is doing amazing work yet here you are hurting them because you won't overhaul a system that is failing.

Incredibly long wait times.

I have benefitted from the 50% off everything carryout 2 Saturdays in a row to watch football with my parents. They told me this location that is 5 minutes from their house. The food has been ready within 20 minutes both times and I ordered 3 large pizzas with 3 different crusts. The orders are always hot, ready, and correct.

We've ordered delivery from this location twice now. Both times have been excellent. Pizza was hot, fresh, and arrived quickly. This is definitely our Go-To from now on.

My husband walked into the Papa John's Pizza on Ooltewah Ringgold tonight and there were about 6 employees working and it's so WEIRD that no one acknowledged him after he greeted them and asked for help to place his order. After standing there about 6 minutes and nothing. He decided to leave. Please work on your customer service because it matters!!!

According to the manager, when ordering from the app, the consumer is required to click pepperoni when ordering what is already a pepperoni pizza online. You have to ask for pepperoni when clicking pepperoni. It makes zero sense. Customer lost for good. Good riddance

This “new” pizza place took over a local pizza establishment. The Papa John’s app has not updated to include this particular franchise. You will need to call the restaurant directly.

This was my first and last time at Papa Johns. Who's idea was it to use a "call center" to take your order? I placed my order and when I went to get it nobody had my order. I called back to that call center and they didn't know where my order was! I did find it up the highway about 5 miles. They told me that happens a lot. It won't happen to me again. The pizza wasn't all that either!

Wanted a quick stop to get a large cheese pizza and spent 20 dollars for the same thing I could have gotten at Little Ceasar for 6 dollars plus they served 2 people ahead of me who came in after me and ordered inside live and learned no more
