Piece-a-Cake Bakery

I asked on Facebook, the best Bakery in area for cookies. I went to Piece of Cake Bakery December 23. I bought 6 decorated sugar cookies and a dozen cupcakes for Christmas. They were simply delicious, and the shop is adorable and the sweetest young ladies work at tye Bakery. I agree hands down. Best Bakery in the area.

Disappointing. I noticed that the bakery chose to display cookies with a political figure, which felt out of place and very unprofessional. I also find It convenient that they decided to make their Facebook posts neutral, but not what they display in the store.

Stopped in to order a 3-D dinosaur cake for pickup in 9 days and I’m told they are booked. The clerk told me they recommend 1-2 weeks prior on ordering custom cakes. I was surprised to hear 9 days is not enough time. I love their product and ready to pay what I assume is $300 cost (spoke w/baker prior regarding ability to create it) but sadly I must choose an alternative bakery. If you need a cake order more than 9 days in advance.

It was amazing there! I ordered 4 thumb-print cookies and they were so kind and gave me extra! Definetally recommend this place to others!

If you need a cake for a 6 year old's birthday or some cookies for a classroom. Then I recommend. If it's for a life changing event like a wedding. I advise you to use someone else. We ordered my daughter's wedding cake and picked it up ourselves due to the wedding being on a holiday and the bakery would be closed. The evening before the wedding the bakery called and told us we didn't get part of the cake. There was nothing we could do at this point. The Venue was 25 minutes from the bakery and the rehearsal was about to start. I asked if we could receive a discount seeing that they didn't give us what we paid for. The manager that got on the phone began to blame me for not picking up the full order. He said, "I can't police the community" (whatever that means). He said they were just too busy that day. Too busy to get a wedding order correct??
Yes, I have to take some of the blame in not picking up the full order. But isn't that their job to deliver what the customer paid for? I thought the full order was in the box they gave me. So, we picked up the remaining order the day after the wedding. Going out of our way to do so. We live 2 hours away so it was just another inconvenience. Bottom line. They. Didn't. Even. Apologize. Customer service was terrible. Save your time and go somewhere else!

I got my 25th birthday cake done here and if I ever need a custom cake I will definitely be back. I'm very satisfied with my order.

I went there for a cake at the last minute. They had just what I was looking for and decorated it in a lovely way. Service was friendly and detailed. Cake was delicious. I was impressed especially as this was a last minute decision to stop in and make an order.

My husband is an avid fly fisherman, and with very short notice Piece-a-Cake Bakery created this beautifully detailed cake for his 75th birthday. Not only was it beautiful, it was delicious! Thank you so much for this perfect cake - he was very surprised and pleased!Chris Petro
