What an awful experience, got our pizza after tipping 20% and found this lump of food in the box. Accidents happen of course, so we called and spoke with a manager Adam. He claimed that the condition of the pizza was due to the extra sauce, when I told him no, it was worse than that he argued that “I’d be surprised what extra sauce will do when someone slams on their brakes”, still not sure how that’s my problem. Usually this Pizza Hut pizza is pretty good. Last night was an exception. We got the big box and the wings were the best part. The breadsticks had NO seasoning on them. Won’t be back for awhile.
