I pulled up to the drive thru because inside was closed and they told me my order will be done in 7 minutes. 35+ minutes later it still wasn’t done. I was the only customer there!!!

I doordash from this restaurant very often and they are consistently ignoring customers and stay on their phones despite everyone being able to see them. I was ignored for over 10 minutes after being told my order wasn't ready. After waiting so long I asked if my order was ready yet, the employee turns around to grab my order which had been sitting in the heat box in full display the entire time.

I just got hung up on when ordering a pick up. I ordered three pizzas and when the order was repeated back to me, one of the pizzas was wrong so I told them the correct order. After that it went downhill with the man on the other side sighing loudly several times and rushing to get off the call. I apologized for needing to clarify multiple times and said it didn’t feel like we were communicating well, that I just wanted to make sure we got the right order. He said we would and hung up. But I’m just now going to order at another place and not pick up.

I was just there to pick up my wings I ordered which were a 24 and an 8 count of boneless wings. When I usually get my wings from here I get free ranch with my order and always order 2 extra. I ordered the two extra and was given a hard time at the window when I asked for my extra ranch. 1. The young guy didn’t even put my stuff in the bag at first so I had to ask him to bag it instead of handing me 2 containers and 2 loose ranch. 2. When i explained to him what I usually get with my wings he proceeded to be sarcastic and facetious with me. I frequently visit this location and I’ve never had any problems like this from this establishment so this rubbed me the wrong way. This really made me rethink about being a customer here.

The pizza barely had any tomato sauce, the vegetables were difficult to find, and the meat pieces were scant and tiny. The taste overall was very bland. The chicken wings were swimming in watery sauce. The store appearance was shabby and the sales staff were disinterested. Of numerous Pizza Huts in at least four states that I have visited frequently, this was definitely the worst by far.
It's fine. If you've had any pizza hut before, expect that.

My family and I always love Pizza Hut. They’re very consistent on their quality of food. Their pizza and cheese sticks are always hot and fresh! We also enjoy the Hut Lane where you can drive thru and pick up your pizza if you’re needing to just pick up your order. It saves time and is very convenient!

If I could give negative stars I would. My fiancé and I placed a mobile order around 8:40 pm after many attempts calling the store getting the call center my order was out for delivery at 9pm. I live in an apartment complex that has building numbers and apartment numbers while the building number was on our address I put the apartment number in my initial order but for some reason it didn’t transfer to the store. So at 9:26 I called the Main store and was told that the driver was outside and didn’t have An apartment number so she didn’t know where to go. When I told him where we were he said “well she’s in a white truck it’s a DoorDash driver so we don’t have a way to call her all I can tell you is she’s outside” so I went downstairs and she said “are you waiting for pizza, you didn’t put an apartment number they told me to leave it right here on the sidewalk or take it back to Pizza Hut” of course the food was cold and there was no marinara for the breadsticks. My fiancé called the store and the person who answered the phone was rude - he told her he wasn’t remaking the food and to call his manager in the morning. He stated he wasn’t dealing with the issue. She said well I don’t want the money back can you remake it and we can come get it now. He said he wasn’t remaking the food and repeated to call his manager in the morning and hung up in her face. He had a terrible attitude and terrible customer service. We’ve spent way too much money at this location, and never really had an issue like this one. Chris, the manager (who the employee told us to contact ) should be embarrassed to have whomever it was working and answering the phones on Thursday December 12 around 930pm. Yes I will be calling, $40 is a bit much to be wasted.
