This is our go to bbq place here in Ooltewah. We usually get the chopped pork plate and ribs. They offer a big selection of meat and sides.

We ordered via DoorDash. Within a minute of placing the order, we received notification that it was being filled. When our meals arrived less than a half hour later, the food was still very warm. The pulled pork plate had a very generous serving of meat, enough for two meals. The meat was very tender and had a delicate smoked taste. I preferred it without the BBQ sauce it was flavorful. My mother ordered the smoked chicken plate. Again, the portion size was enough for two meals. The meat was fall off the bone tender and she preferred the flavor without sauce. The baked beans were in a thick base and have a sweet taste and the coleslaw tends to be on the hint of vinegar side, which was a nice balance. The cost before delivery fees and tip was $31.46, which was not bad considering we have enough for tomorrow night as well.

I eat plant based and didn't think they would have options. I was with family and didnt really want to go. But they had options. I was so happy and they were so helpful when i was ordering, so patient! Also everyone else had meat options and the whole family loved it.

We eat here often anytime we’re down this way, and the food has always been excellent. We ate here yesterday for the February Wednesday boneless wing special for lunch and the wings were extremely dried out/over cooked. Most of them were inedible. They seemed that they were overcooked or had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time making them tough/chewy. Normally the food here is 5 stars, may have just been an off day.

It's a good reasonably priced place to eat . I think the chicken needs to be smoked a lot longer than it is . Service is good as well .
