I came in close to closing time when two young maybe high school age girls were working. One had an air pod in and the other that was making drinks was just setting them on the counter without saying what they were. As I was leaving I tried my drink, they made it wrong it tastes nothing like it's supposed to. When we tried to walk back in at 8:48 to get it fixed, the door was locked and they didn't even come to the door. Overall the workers did not care and my drink is terrible. I will not come back.

I love this smoothie king! Service is fast and helpful! I'd recommend coming here for breakfast lunch and dinner to get a healthy alternative meal rather than going to other fast foods

Good smoothies, but the website says they close at 9 PM. last few times I went there the past 2 weeks around 8:30 pm and they were closed. Website + Google probably needs to show accurate hours.

I go every time this place but today I go and one girl working over there she don’t about anything she was so rude and we ask about the rewards and she scan barcode and just deduct my reward and and I ask where is my reward point I don’t want to use today and she told me I don’t know it’s her fault and she say I don’t know I never go there I working near by there she is so rude

I ordered slim n trim chocolate with almond milk and i got sick because they didn’t substitute the nonfat milk with almond milk. Not feeling good. ?

Place is HORRIBLE !!! I ordered 2 small Bubba Tea. The cup is more than half of ice. They charge extra .50 cents for the bubba and there is in the receipt a :NO CASH ADJUTMENT FEE of .43 for the use of a chedit card. My order from $ 8.00 Plus tax went to $11.33 total final price. The bubba was hard. Don't waist your money here. There are better places where is better and they dont charge extra for the bubba.

Components of my order were wrong and instead of simply correcting it the clerk implied that she made what I had told her(which was not the case). I informed her that we had three different smoothies. Two of them sound similar but are very different. Although, in the end she corrected the mistake her initial response left a bitter taste in my mouth for this establishment.
