Well I against better judgment decided to give this sonic another go after my deplorable experience months ago, and yet again, terrible in every way! Ordered through the app and only received half the items only to find out the rest was dropped and never remade. No straws or napkins. Melted shakes and cold burgers. When will something be done?

Best sonic I've had in a while. Usually, either my food is burned or items are missing. Rude customer service. But this one was out with my order within minutes!

Ordered 1 footlong hot dog 1 hamburger and 1 order of nuggets. Waited patiently for 25 minutes and pressed the button again. Was rudely greeted by the female manager. I asked how long it would be and was told it was on the way (after I confirmed the order and stall #) waited ANOTHER 25 minutes and decided to call the store. Was told that the order was already taken out and apparently went to the wrong stall. Instead of searching for the people who didn't get the food they just threw it out. This is the WORST experience I have EVER had at a drive in. We will not be coming back to this crapy sonic.

Service is awful. Not enough staff working. Ordered on mobile app then the screen said my order was delivered, it was not. I pressed the red button and the person kept hanging up on me then yelled to go to the drive thru. It took 40 minutes and I had to wait bc the money had already come out of my account

Thought I’d grab a quick bite with my kids. The special yesterday was corn dogs. Well we ordered and when we got to our destination the corn dogs were burnt and hard as a rock. Needless to say they had probably been on a warmer longer than they needed to be. $24.00 worth of food and only the drinks were good

Cold burger & fries. Half hour wait. No condiments. Had to ask three times for condiments. Ordered French sticks and finally told they didn’t have them & were closed so couldn’t order anything else.

Sat at the drive through for 30 minutes. My only order was two drinks. I finally had to get out of my vehicle and go knock on the door to actually speak to someone. Zero communication as to what was going on.

The drinks were warm and melting by the time I received them. Clearly had been prepared for a while. Why they didn’t think to just run the drinks out to my vehicle is beyond me.

I was there for so long that I actually struck up a conversation with the gentleman in the vehicle in front of me. Same story. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will not be back.

This location has gone downhill, we put in an order before any sort of rush came for two drinks. After almost 40 minutes we left, what's the point in being a fast food place when you can't even get drinks in a decent time. Everytime I come to this location, I have no clue what the staff inside does, a lot of the time later a night, they are just running around and playing when I'm trying to hurry back from wasting my lunch break waiting.

Literally the last two times I have been here I have ended up leaving after waiting for someone to take my order. Both times I waited for over 20 minutes and they still had not taken my order. Worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Someone needs to fire the owner and get this place under new management.

So I use the mobile app to order ahead and purchased two sonic double cheeseburgers and they were not supposed to come with onion. However when I got them home, they were loaded with onion. So much that when I open the wrapper I was overwhelmed by the smell of onion.

So I hopped on their website and it gave me the option to contact them via text. The wait to speak to someone on text was over 25 minutes. So I let it run in the background and finally my turn came and they began to communicate with me via a 1-877 toll-free text number. they asked me to include pictures, they asked me to give my information, and other stuff and I finally fell asleep in the recliner if the responses were slow.

The next day I received a phone call from the manager Kayla. Completely unexpected and surprised me. She wanted to check and see if there's anything she could do to make it right so I said yes of course I'd like to have the burgers because I threw them in the trash which I actually had done. She had me come to the store and in addition to the burgers gave me tots an iced coffee and a soda. It absolutely blew me away I could not believe it. She offered me anything I wanted on the menu and I thought to myself you know when's the last time a fast food restaurant called me with a messed up order , had me come in, then offer me anything I wanted to make it right. Kayla is a superstar manager. I did not take over advantage of her offers, but I was pleasantly pleased as I had to drive all the way back there to get food again and additional foods were given to make it meals. She is first class and it really surprised me about the sonic corporation I recommend you getting food at this location because if anything goes wrong Kayla will take care of you.

Horrible.... I don't understand why it is so hard for this location to keep competent employees. Made a mobile order had to tell the guy on the speaker twice my information. The girl at the window mumbled something about our order which was wrong. She would not speak up, continously mumbled, acted like we were an interruption to her day and walked off. Yet another girl came to the window asking if we had paid, explained again that this was an online order. She proceeded to walk away. Finally got the order. The drink cups were cover in liquid on the outside. Made an absolute mess. But at least the order was correct.

Very challenging. Ordered 3 blasts 25 minutes later a wrong order then another 10 minutes and finally done. The longest sonic order ever, and not that busy either.

The service is always horrible here I barely go here anymore but wanted to give it another try and the drive through person didn't even talk to me everyone was rude and it took forever to get my food
