We waited for an hour just for someone to come out to say they’re out of an item we ordered online. Got food 20 mins after that. Genuinely curious what takes so long in there! This is the time we’re ordering from this sonic. We’ve had instances like this in the past. Very disappointed.

I love getting to the drive thru window after ordering at the speaker only to have the employee ask me “what did you have?” Then wait several more minutes for him to make a Dr. pepper. Worst sonic I’ve ever been to. The service has always been terrible since I moved here five years ago.

Worst Sonic ever! Got a spoiled rotten milkshake. Tried to tell them and the girls made us wait and ignored me from that point on. Then they starting throwing hands up in the air saying "WHAT???" I asked for money back one more time over intercom and they shut it off mid sentence. I just dumped it in the parking spot and left smh. My uncle was served this corn dog today, so I'm posting my experience.

Let me preface this by saying I used to work at Sonic as a carhop, I understand typical challenges that can be faced in day to day operations. However, no amount of empathy has made this an alright experience and this was the final straw of a long strand of bad experiences. Every single carhop that I have interacted with is rude, dismissive, and unfriendly. When placing orders ahead via the app, they clear it before it is done so we have been left sitting there multiple times wondering if we had been forgotten about or if our order was given to someone else. More often than not, straws/utensils have been forgotten about and we have to ask and are met with flippant and annoyed carhops. I am beginning to question ever coming to this sonic or any sonic in the future.

We planned on ordering multiple things, but ended up only getting one thing. We tried ordering at the window, but the person taking the order didn’t get what we were trying to order. We thought maybe they couldn’t hear us. They asked us to just come to the window. Once we got to the window, they struggled understanding what we wanted. It was just a normal menu item, made exactly the way it comes, so I’m not sure what was so complicated about it. We ended the order there and just took the one thing. We ended up throwing it away, as the food was not edible. The colors was off with the meat and you could tell it was not good anymore. It also didn’t smell right. We threw it away. Really glad we ended up not ordering all the food we were planning.

This place is going down hill fast. Drinks are good if you get soft drinks. But other than that. It stinks that is the closest one to us. My Son LOVES Sonic. He asked me the other to get him something from there. I did. And when he got done eating he said he only wants it from Cleveland from now on because the food was not good.

I placed a 2 item order through the app before driving down the street to pick up. After I checked in I waited 15 minutes. When I hit the button on the menu board at the stall I was told “we’ll bring it to you when it’s ready” I stated it had been a while for only 2 items. The car hop gave me attitude and said “yeah! We’re working on it”. If you want customers to return you treat them with respect & apologize for the delay and inconvenience, even if you’re stressed out and/or short handed

Went on a Saturday afternoon just to get a couple of drinks. Placed our order and waited more more than 20min just to get 2 soft drinks.

Yesterday night me and my father went to sonic, they were already out of chilli and bacon but we told them that it was okay. Took 30 mins for the stall to say Navaeh is coming with your food. We wait another 15 minutes while she goes to other cars, and she comes out with our receipt saying again that they were out of bacon even though we already said it was okay. She said it would be a long wait and offers a refund after speaking with her manager. We say okay and wait 15 more minutes. My dad steps out to speak to her because we saw her going to other cars and ignoring us only for her to say it'll be refunded in 7-10 business days.
Quite literally a waste of an hour and the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I feel like they should reimburse me for the incompetence.

For some reason, I keep checking in a couple times a year. Lately I’ve been eating fast food about four times a year, but I’ve gone 10 years before without . Too unhealthy and nowadays too expensive for what it is.
Been here four years. Yesterday I actually got service at the drive-through, got what I ordered (one item, as usual), and it was decent. First time. My experience has otherwise been that no one says anything when you pull up, you receive the wrong thing, or it’s terrible even for fast food.
I went back today to try my luck and ordered the under four dollar double cheeseburger plain. And that is what it said on my receipt.
Amazingly they got the hardest part right, plain. But I got a single cheeseburger on grilled cheese bread. I was the only one in line. As usual when I go there. It was 11:30am today. A cheeseburger is round. A grilled cheese is square. Sigh.
