Service is terrible! every time we go, our order is never right and they get an attitude if you say anything. Tonight my burger had cheese burnt soo bad I questioned if it was even cheese, I didn’t know they even had the option to burn cheese and the cherry limeade was awful tasted like carbonated water-> needless to say we won’t be going back

Would leave a 0 if I could This Sonic in Ooltewah has to be one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot. The cooks clearly do not care about the food they send out. Everything tasted old, greasy, and thrown together like it was a punishment to make it. The burger was cold in the middle, the bun was soggy, and the fries were either undercooked or so stale they might’ve been sitting there all day.

Have never left a 1 star or any bad reviews, but this location deserves one. Received only a fork and no napkins. Order was thrown at me. Went back inside to ask for a spoon and they rudely told me that they are out. Also, reese's wasn't mixed and my cup was a quarter empty. Never going to a Sonic again. Dairy Queen is king.

Stupid slow and they act like you’re bothering them by being there to get food.
The employees were amazing compared to the sonic down the road who were rude and we ended up leaving that one and coming here the service here was good the only thing I could critique was how hot the food was, overall the food was good for sonic and the drinks were good

I went there on a hot day to get some shakes and they messed up my shakes rude customer service after I asked them to remake them when they forgot to add strawberries and fudge. And my boyfriend’s shake was Oreo didn’t even have a teaspoon of Oreo in there.

Order a breakfast burrito and it was given to me folded like a taco… probably 3 pieces of sausage and I guess they forgot it was the ultimate burrito because it only had cheese A LOT of egg and like I said, 3 pieces of sausage

Horrible management. Went and paid in cash, told them to keep the change because the lady didnt have cash on her. They got our order wrong. Apparently, the meal we ordered was a few dollars extra than what they charged us for, so we asked if they could use the money we gave them orginally to pay for that. After we asked the employee she walked away, rolled her eyes and stromed off. She got her manager and the manager told us she wont give us free food, even though we told her continuously that we gave them extra change. Employees have major attitude when we were being very nice and manager was straight up rude. Will never return.
