The employees were amazing compared to the sonic down the road who were rude and we ended up leaving that one and coming here the service here was good the only thing I could critique was how hot the food was, overall the food was good for sonic and the drinks were good

So I use the mobile app to order ahead and purchased two sonic double cheeseburgers and they were not supposed to come with onion. However when I got them home, they were loaded with onion. So much that when I open the wrapper I was overwhelmed by the smell of onion.

So I hopped on their website and it gave me the option to contact them via text. The wait to speak to someone on text was over 25 minutes. So I let it run in the background and finally my turn came...

Horrible.... I don't understand why it is so hard for this location to keep competent employees. Made a mobile order had to tell the guy on the speaker twice my information. The girl at the window mumbled something about our order which was wrong. She would not speak up, continously mumbled, acted like we were an interruption to her day and walked off. Yet another girl came to the window asking if we had paid, explained again that this was an online order. She proceeded...
