Went through the drive thru with my family. Order was correct and the barista was nice enough. My order was $23.16.
When we got to the window I gave the barista $30.21. My intention was to leave a tip but then she only gave me $7.00 back instead of $7.05.

I recognize that the discrepancy between my expected change and my actual change was minuscule…A simple nickel…however, it is not about the amount. It is the principle. Until someone gives you a tip, don’t claim it for yourself.

I've been in town the past 4ish days visiting a friend....came in a couple times once with him Sunday the 8th and then me alone on the 11th....the gala on both times esp when I ordered and was walking out to sit on the patio my last night here....we're awesome and super sweet....as I'm from the northeast and it's completely different up there....was so nice to feel welcomed even though not used to it....but was a breath of fresh air to be treated with respect

Starbucks is known for its big atmosphere, quality service, and for all people looking for time for themselves to be there. I came in yesterday for my college classes online, no bathroom, which should be 100% essential to us students working on our classes, small space, and not one apology from staff. I've been in ooltewah before Walmart was built! This isn't a Starbucks, it's a knock off. Won't be back.
