Something about this Starbucks feels special, the employees have always been so kind to me and welcoming. I’ve never had a bad experience coming to this Starbucks. Gracie was my barista today and she was so kind and friendly, definitely made my experience even better.

They served me a watered down drink (I heard him tell his helper to fill with water since they ran out of my drink) with 4 1-inch cracks! It leaked all over me and my car.

I went into the Food City to do some shopping for my my mee-maw. The girl up front was ok but she smelled a little, and I ended up just throwing my coffee out. The service there was ok, but the cleanliness of the place was very disturbing, there trucks in the hanger, and worst of all there were too many fishies in the gutters.

We're more inclined to review a place when there's something negative to report, so I'm here to make the rating a little more accurate. Nice employees, no line at the time, drinks made fast and correctly, nothing to complain about here
My boyfriend and I stopped in for a quick coffee, however we were completely ignored by the Starbucks employees. We were the only ones in the line & there were 3 employees at the register talking amongst themselves. They did not greet us or ask to take our order. We stood there awkwardly for a couple of minutes and then decided to leave. Good customer service was definitely lacking.

I don't really like having to get out of my car to go into a Starbucks, but I do appreciate the service at this Starbucks. The employees are always very polite and friendly. The food and drinks are as good as any Starbucks.
